A word from Millesime
The menu draws its inspiration from the classic seafood dishes found throughout France, and features fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local waters and nearby farms. Dishes are prepared with straightforward French cooking techniques and bold flavors in a surrounding that is reminiscent of the great cafes of Paris. Red banquets, a marble raw bar and an open kitchen provide an unpretentious but sophisticated experience.Continued

  • "A friend and I were looking for a fun spot to have bottomless brunch and we discovered a total gem! Millesime was incredible: the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and music was excellent. Both of us agreed this was going to be our go-to spot to take guests from out of town."

  • "The food was very good and the server was friendly. Dinner was oddly quiet. It was nice to be able to talk to my girlfriend but didn't necessarily make for a very vibrant atmosphere. Maybe this is more of a brunch spot, I'm not sure."

  • "Unfortunately the restaurant was almost empty, which I hope does not mean problems. It was wonderful food, wine and great service. A lovely spot. This was my first visit. I really liked it and will go back. It has original tiffany glass dome roof in area and also mosaic floors. It has lots of nooks and crannies."

  • "Came here for punch brunch and was very happy with my experience. The food was very good and the punch was delicious. They poured prosecco into the punch which was a pleasant surprise and added some bubbly to the drinks. Overall we had a great time and highly recommend this place for a booze brunch."

  • "Great brunch special and wonderful dining experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good brunch deal that is not crowded or noisy."

  • "Great location just 7 minute walk from Empire State Building. Great food and wine. Only problem was that the live music downstairs, on this occasion, was a rock band that was way too loud. Our party couldn't hear ourselves talk and waitress couldn't hear our order. We did ask if this was usual, which we were assured was not and everyone was very apologetic but because of the noise our experience was marred."

  • "Gorgeous restaurant and its huge! The set-up is a little strange because getting the maitre d's attention was awkward and weird. There's no clear place of where to go when you arrive- odd entrance. However, once we were seated the waiters are pretty friendly. I was surprised when we chose the aycd punch brunch that they brought us our own individual pitcher (per person)! Awesome but I think they took it to mean to only check on the table once an hour- biggest qualm. Might have ordered more food, but it was really odd. Food was good- nothing stellar but decent. I would definitely go again because as time went on the place got busier (never full) but I definitely noticed people ordering the burger A LOT. Can't wait to try the place again!"

  • "My friends and I had a lovely time at brunch. The unlimited brunch punch was great and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the basket of baked goods!"

  • "Went for Saturday punch brunch and was expecting somewhat of a rushed and maybe even rude service. But I was so pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful! From the hostess who passed by and smiled each time, to our waitress who was sweet and very attentive, the servers who were courteous and say and the busboys who also had a very positive attitude and were great. Overall I would love to come back for a fun breakfast that is not too loud but has fun music and sets your weekend off to a great start. The food was fine, nothing bad to complain about, but wasn't like "wow". The decor of the restaurant is very very nice. Overall I think the staff makes this place even better."

  • "This place is by far the most stunning place I've eaten in , in a while. It's expensive though.... 3 people x valentine day menu ( I was not aware I had to only order from this menu) 80 pp one bottle of wine (35.00) total bill $400.00... Wow!!! They did give each lady a rose and took your coat at the table but for that price tag... I can only go for extreme special events."

  • "We thought we were going for a boozy brunch scene, but when we got there we were the only people in the restaurant under 50. It felt a little stuffy and was very bright. However, the food was very good (one of the best French Onion Soups I have had in NYC)."

  • "Wonderful service and food. Unlimited brunch punch is the best!"

  • "The food is always good here and I would recommend punch brunch to anyone, especially the short rib sandwich. The only thing was the service. I went with a friend this past weekend and while the food came out right away, our server was running back and forth for this other large rowdy table right next to us. We were only able to get one pitcher of the delicious cranberry vodka punch, and then were told that they ran out, all while trying to get the waiters attention for another one! I was not a happy camper after that seeing as the price is fixed on "unlimited drinks". They did give us 2 mimosa each after a complaint was made, however one of the reasons I was going back was for the punch."

  • "Awful service, watered down cocktails and noise levels were ridiculously loud"

  • "For $29 each, you can have a great bunch with a punch bowl. Trust that these punch bowls pack more than you think upon first taste. Moreover, they don't taste overly alcoholic like most punches which is nice (though dangerous, but what's brunch without tons of alcohol really?). The food was good - enjoyed the eggs benedict. Would definitely go back and recommend to a friend."

  • "Fantastic. The waitress was wonderful and the manager came around and asked if we were having a great time. She even apologized for the "sad" music that wasn't sad at all. I will definitely come back. It was worth $29 for the Punch Brunch."

  • "we had both punches, the food was tasty, and our server was excellent about filling up the punch again before we even asked."

  • "The waiter was late in arriving, the bartender did not know what an Aperol Spritz was and instead of saying so, he sent over a drink that had nothing to do with what I asked for and the "bouillabaisse" was not, it was some steamed shellfish. Also, they were conducting food tastings for people who were booking the restaurant for events in the same area as diners trying to eat dinner. The flamboyant planner kept getting up and showing where people were to dance, etc."

  • "We had a 6:30 reservation. We were met by a nice host, who unfortunately had to do at least double duty to greet guests from multiple entrances. The other guests were mostly staying at the Hotel and were a mix. The open air view of the lobby was different than then main dining room but the end of the room opened to stairs over a lounge with live music. Just different. The server was knowledgeable and pleasant. The duck liver mousse was fantastic. The service was earnest. It seemed a bit confused on ambiance but the food was very good."

  • "this is kind of a hidden gem for Saturday / Sunday brunch. the ambiance is very nice, and the service was attentive. the food was ok. I had crab cakes benedict and my date had a steak sandwich. prices are also reasonable, for 2 people with OJ / coffee / entrees we spent about $50, including tip."

  • "The food is downright fantastic. It is French, it is properly prepared and it was scrumptious. The Quenelle appetizer was remarkable and the striped bass was wild caught and deliciously prepared. The food is generally excellent, no matter what you order and its preparation is inventive. This restaurant was a find. The server was a very pleasant and knowledgeable and she and the host added a nice touch to our evening. The restaurant is on the second floor of a hotel lobby which resembles the Grand Central Railroad Station. It is in an open space decorated bistro style. The downstairs is a lobby/bar area with music and a billiard table. Upstairs, around the bend from the restaurant is a wine bar. There is a restaurant bar as well. GO!"

  • "The bakery basket was absolutely delicious. Fresh baked goods are always a hit! My entree was the fritatta with smoked salmon. It was a lot, could not eat it all but it was tasty. I would to say this place was amazing, but it was nice with ok food. Our waitress was pleasant when we had to send a drink back she was very accommodating."

  • "Once we were seated we had to wait 15+ minutes before anyone came to our table. We inquired about the cost of mimosas & were told they were $8. We ordered meals w/ mimosas. The waitress came back to tell us that the mimosas were actually $14 but informed us that unlimited boozy punch for $10 a person. We went with the punch. Now we know why they offer it unlimited for only $10 - gross punch.Food was delicious&redeemed the beverage quality. we asked the waitress for hot sauce &ketchup, she came back with ketchup. When she asked us if we wanted refills on the pitchers we said yes. It took another 10-15 minutes for the pitchers to return. I would not go back it was such bad service, and for $30 a person not worth giving a second chance"

  • "Setting is basically bistro Iike but in a hotel lobby. Food was pretty good but meal was ruined by inattentive and unprofessional service. We constantly had to look for our server as he was no where to be found. Very long wait for everything from cocktails to each course. Everyone around us seemed equally annoyed by the bad service."

  • "This restaurant was located in our hotel and the atmosphere immediately caught my attention! It is beautiful. Looks like a French Bistro and just exudes romance. What truly sold our drop in, was the Punch Brunch. A prix fix menu that offers unlimited alcohol, I was delighted when they served my punch in old fashioned pitcher....that kept coming! These were the real deal too! No watered down punch here! LOVE! Good tip: They offer a $1.00 oyster Happy Hour too! We missed it, but I heard it's great!"

  • "Dining room staff was attentive, however, also in a hurry to prepare for a large "private party" later that evening. The dining room was bright without ambience. What a shame, took away from the fine food."

  • "The food was very delicious. The service was decent. Everyone was very nice, they just didn't check-in with us often. The restaurant was empty so I didn't really see a reason for the lack of attention."

  • "I thought the customer service and the ambiance were very nice. The food however was a let down for the price point. I got one of their signature steak dishes. I personally don't mind paying upwards of $40 for a piece of steak, that's pretty typical for your average half way decent restaurant. To be honest though, I've had better steak at Applebees. It was fatty and the taste when prepared well done was comparable to low cost supermarket steak. It was served over potatoes and caramelized onions with a french steak dipping sauce. All in all the dish was sub par, and fairly greasy. My girl friend had similar complaints about her dish. This should have been priced at $23 max vs. $40."

  • "I found out about this restaurant and their all-you-can-drink brunch special online. I decided to check it out. Making reservations on OpenTable made everything simple for me. When I got to the restaurant, all the staff were welcoming and provided wonderful service. Their apple tequila punch and cranberry vodka punch were delicious. Egg benedict and blueberry french toast were amazing as well."

  • "We went for lunch, which is served in the Salon. While the Salon is great at night for drinks, in the daytime the room is dark and not particularly inviting, but the the food and service were excellent. The ambiance in the restaurant upstairs, opened for dinner, is much nicer, yet it is sitting empty. Perhaps opening a section of the upstairs for lunch would make more sense??"

  • "Typical French Bistro food, but with a very nice staff who did a great job. The food is very good. My date had the poached Halibut and I the Wagyu Steak. Both were prepared perfectly as ordered. I started with some Maine oysters and she had the Butter Lettuce salad. Again, delicious. We ate early as we were pre-theater, so maybe the noise could be a problem, but at 6-7 on a Saturday night we were able to speak softly and be heard. A good spot if you are in the neighborhood!"

  • "The food was delicious. The wine recommendation was spot-on, but we were 1 of only 3 tables when we arrived and 1 of 2 when we left. Romantic, very good service, and the food was excellent, but the place did not feel happening."
