I have been here before and recommended it to my coworkers. It is a bit pricy but you definitely get what you pay for. Drinks are more than what we are accustomed to for what they are. Food is beyond supreme. I will always come back and I am pretty sure that my coworkers will recommend Mile High as well.

We had another tremendous meal at Mile High. The food is so good, cooked to perfection. Add the assortment of breads, a sorbet to cleanse the pallet, and attentive servers to combine for an enjoyable dining experience.

Still a good restaurant but not the Mile High we remember. Food is good, not outstanding as I had hoped. A bit pricey for the quality of what you receive. Would have preferred a friendlier waitress. It felt as if we were not as welcome as we should have been.

I was extremely impressed the first few times going to Mile High but the services and food have been slowly declining. On the most recent trip it took 55 minutes for dinner to arrive after ordering (not total time from seated to dinner). The appetizer (fried mac and cheese was still cold/frozen in the middle). In addition to the appetizer my wife and I also ordered salads. The salad and appetizer course were finished and we waited twenty five minutes for entrees (which were both hot and good, no complaints there). A few friends have had similar experiences on recent visits. For the money spent, better service and better food preparation should occur.

This restaurant never lets you down....the food is sooo good. The steak is so tender and tasty and the free seafood on Friday night is a wonderful bonus. The servers are very attentive and nice. My favorite place to go for a great dinner.

This was only our second visit, but it was not as amazing as our first visit. The bar was so noisy, that it was distracting in the dining room. The caesar salad was limp and warm and the crab cakes were disappointing. We were told it was all lump crab, but they did not have any seasoning to them nor did they even look like the lump crab cakes we had on our first visit. Also, our service was just not the same. We had to ask for a water refills. We were so impressed with this restaurant at our first visit, and our meal was still very good, but considering the prices, overall, not quite as good.

A party was in the next room and the noise/DJ/music was so loud a number of customers asked to have the music/volume turned down. We were ready to leave when finally, they took a break. We had specifically requested a booth in the back because previously the booths in the bar were so noisy, you couldn't carry on a conversation. The busboy did relay our concern to the manager, but the noise continued for at least 15 more minutes before it stopped.

Used to be a four star favorite, but fell flat on this visit. First two selections for apps ordered from the menu, server came back "the kitchen can't make that". Both main dishes were left half eaten, fish was tasteless and strip steak a poor/tough cut. Sides were bland. There was some discussion overheard of a new fall menu, can't come soon enough.

To be honest I had almost forgotten what good food and service were like without being overpriced. Everything was what you would hope for: reservation from Open Table, Hostess pleasant, waiter as good as it gets and the food was wonderful. I will go back for sure.

This time, Mile High was a bit off in the preparation of their steaks, not enough to send them back, but not quite right either. My wife's filet was medium instead of medium well and my rib eye was not as juicy as usual, although the flavor was good. Chalk it up to a very busy Friday evening, because we eat here often and are always happy. The lobster, served as part of the surf and turf deal, was excellent. Ceil's service, as always, was great.

Great Happy Hour with fantastic pricing, well made drinks (need a few more beers on tap to compete with the new kids on the block) but the experienced bartenders are what makes this the place to be for Happy Hour. Our only suggestion is to get rid of the prepackaged seasoned fries that are usually left on our plates. Fresh cut non seasoned steak house fries with Mile High's excellent selection of burgers would make others pale. Oh yes, if you want to stay for a great meal in the dining room, that works too. Excellent service and great steaks and seafood. All around Mile High knows how to keep people coming back. I guess that is why the place is always packed!

I've been to Mile High a number of times and it has always been a special place. However, most recently on my visit the service was not as top notch as in the past, and the prime rib my wife and I ordered were both overcooked from how we specified. This is not normal for Mile High. Maybe regular staff is away on vacation, but they need to keep their consistency up for the prices they charge!

We like Mile High for their top-quality steaks and fine service. Everything from a nice selection of rolls with a flavored butter to the delightful sorbet palate cleanser served after the appetizer on to steaks that are done exactly as we like them, is designed to provide a great dining experience. We even had enough for a nice lunch the following day.

There are NO organic offerings and few, VERY FEW, vegetarian meals,~ NOTHING that looked appealing anyway. I do not eat meats that are not free range, humanely raised and antibiotic and steroid free. I rarely eat meat at all. I saw NO wild caught fish selection. Will not be returning. The only food we could order were the twin tails, hopefully not farmed raised, we were told they were from south Africa. The King crab legs were from Alaska, so that was cool. The salads were ok..... but we took our chance and ate them even though NOT organic. I had a stomachache after, I guess my body is not used to pesticides.

Food was cooked perfectly. Loved the palate-cleansing sorbet after the appetizers--perfect touch! Those in our group who ordered steak said the meat was very tender. The fish was fresh & cooked to easily break apart with a fork. The waiter was very attentive. Menu is pricey, but well worth it!

Front of the house management changes and service can be great or so-so depending on the server - but we go here for the FOOD and it is consistently great! Chef Dave and his crew continue to keep the menu balanced between Classics (steaks cooked to perfection with house made sauces for the steaks that are over the top, wedge salad is always crispy and served on a cold plate) and contemporary menu items and specials that are always tempting and deliver

I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. We went on a Monday night which was quiet, so our dining experience will most likely differ from those who go on the weekend. We both had the filet mignon which were excellent. He had the Cesar salad and I had the spinach salad which was also very good. The service was a little slow, but we would definitely go back.

We always enjoyed the food in the past. We invited out of town guests to join us on Saturday. The steak was of very poor quality, under cooked and smothered with rizzotto and cheese. This was clearly to cover a lack of lobster on othe top and poor quality filet. I am very disappointed, especially at those prices.

Our meals came out and my steak was cooked to my spec but my wife ordered medium and it came out well done. They did a new steak while I ate my entire dinner, the new steak came out and it was a lousy cut. Bottom line I ate and my wife did not. They offered a third but at this point we just wanted to leave and go home. If you want a good steak try Morton's or the Palm.

I have to say first and foremost the food is delicious. The service was really good but I do believe they should have more waiters on weekends. Andrew was absolutely wonderful. He just had a very large group right next to us of 8 that were definitely taking a lot of his time, but he was right back at our table as soon as they would let him free to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The prices were high but it definitely matched the quality of the food. It is out of our way driving there from Philadelphia but I would eat there again. In fact we purchased more gift certs to do just that. I have read some reviews that were not too flattering but I do like to form my own opinion and I am glad I did.

The only good things I can say are that the portions were ample, the vegetables cooked properly, and the service was good enough. Other than that, a pesky fly buzzed around the entire time I was there (made me suspicious), the bread basket, although good choices, tasted freezer burnt. Everything was over-sauced and greasy with butter. The Delmonico steak had perfect grill marks, but was tough. The calamari appetizer had a nice crispy coating, but was watery on the inside and lacking in flavor. The lobster mac N' cheese was not good at all. For 2 people without drinks or desserts and a shared appetizer, the check came to $107. I also had to ask our server how much the specials were.
