  • "One of the Lake of the Ozark's finest restaurants. It may be a little difficult to find and off the main path, but Michael's is truly a premiere restaurant. Their prime rib is absolutely the finest, beating out most steak restaurants. The view overlooking the lake is beautiful and romantic. If the weather is nice, I'd recommend eating out on the patio. The service is always outstanding."

  • "We had a business dinner with customers and wanted to enjoy an evening a great food and service. None of us were disappointed. The escargot and stuffed mushroom appetizers were excellent. Our main courses consisted of two different steaks and two different seafood dishes. Suffice to say that there were no leftovers."

  • "We had our Valentines Dinner this year heir. The restaurant is a little off the better path, but well worth it. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant had a wonderful family feel. The menu is simple but elligant. We really didn't have any complaints."

  • "Great steaks. Went there for Valentines's Day with another couple. The ladies had filets and couldn't rave about them enough. My friend and I both ordered the prime rib but they were out. (there was a large crowd there due to the holiday and we had an 8:00 reservation). We ordered ribeyes and they were perfect. The service was provided by Ronny who usually bartends but you couldn't tell. She was right on top of it. Over all it was an excellent evening. We think Michael's is the best restaurant in the lake area. We have lived at the lake for 10 years and have been coming to the lake since we were very young."

  • "We were told (by phone) at this time of year (October) they only cook 1/2 of a prime rib every day and we should be there between 5 & 6 or they may run out. We made reservations for 5 and we both got our melt in your mouth prime rib. Our server was very good and we enjoyed our meal with an awesome view and sunset. I can't wait to go back on our next trip."
