"It was great sitting right in the heart of Grand Central Station. The food quality was outstanding, and the service was exactly what you would expect from a high end restaurant. The prices we acceptable for the venue and the quality. A great place in a great place!!"

"Possibility one of the best meals I've ever had and certainly the best during my stay in NYC. To have a meal whilst watching New York walk by through Grand Central is one thing, but the meal and service was out of this world.

I booked online and put a small comment (4 words!!) on about it being my wife’s birthday. I wasn't expecting anything, but was treated to a balcony view of the terminal for my meal and the waiters then sung Happy Birthday to my wife. Fantastic!!!!!

"Food was very good, but the atmosphere is non existent. We had dinner on a Saturday evening, and the place was empty! There were only about 5 tables occupied when we left around 8 PM. Even though the restaurant was virtually empty, the hostess gave us a hard time about which table we could sit at!??"

"Took the family for dinner on a Sunday. The reservation system indicated nothing was available between 5 and 7 pm, but when we arrived at 7 pm, it was mostly deserted. Even so, we still were seated next to one of the few occupied tables. The steaks were good - the filet was tender and perfectly cooked, and the ribeye had a nice crust. Service was sporadic - very attentive when we first arrived, but our waiter disappeared toward the end of the meal, and never brought us our coffee. (Of course it ended up on the bill, and had to be removed.) I had eaten at Jordan's many years ago and enjoyed the experience. I'd like to think this was just an off-night, but given the lack of patrons, perhaps not."
