These chefs really know Italian flavors and use them to the fullest. The entrees provide a full balance of pasta, seafood and pizza. The sauces are traditional and outside the traditional using mortadella, prosciutto, and fresh herbs. We requested outside and we could only sit inside. A table was reserved for 22 outside and they never came. The noise level inside the restaurant is extreme. I don't think they thought about the acoustics when they planned the restaurant. However, the manager was great, gave us frequent updates and bought us a round of drinks and appetizers which really helped. He really seemed to care. It was too spicy, even for the fan who ordered it. Also, the $25 corkage is out of line compared to other restaurants (most are $15-$20). It was comfortable with the outdoor heaters. The music was a bit loud but we were able to ignore it. The food was very good but the arugula salad on top of 1 of the pizzas was too salty. We all loved the dishes we ordered!My Mahi Mahi was very flavorful and the chicken dish was a nice, big portion and tasted great.
