When eating at an Italian restaurant, fresh ingredients and not getting the impression that it's a pasta factory are key. Mia Francesca achieves these keys wonderfully. Their service is exceptional and the food delicate and authentic. These chefs really know Italian flavors and use them to the fullest. The entrees provide a full balance of pasta, seafood and pizza. The sauces are traditional and outside the traditional using mortadella, prosciutto, and fresh herbs. It was comfortable with the outdoor heaters. The music was a bit loud but we were able to ignore it. The food was very good but the arugula salad on top of 1 of the pizzas was too salty.
