I had heard from so many friends that this place had the best Mexican food ever. I was not impressed at all. Rather bland, salsa served cold and in such a small serving that it was like they were rationing it, chips appeared to be from a bag and for all of that extremely over priced.
It is my opinion that people think that the food is great because they have to wait so long to get in they are starving when their food arrives.
If you want to show off that you have tons of money to spend for mediocre food this is a great place, especially if it is to impress folks from up north.
The wait staff were wonderful, attentive when should be and left us a alone to enjoy as should.

We had a great time Valentine's Day here at Mi Dia. We came early but by 6PM the restaurant was full. Chips and salsa good, margarita was nice. Tableside guacamole is a must, so many choices to pick from for personalized combination. This is our 2nd time here and we'll be back.
