Mezzodi'sDELICIOUS DINNERWe loved our dinner last Saturday night. We had a terrific waitress who took care of our every need. There were 8 of us but she kept up with everyone. We ordered salads and lots of drinks and steaks...Every bite we took was yummy! Some took home boxes of left-overs and they were more than willing to accommodate our requests. The wine was perfect - everything ordered was prepared wonderfully...A lovely evening at a great restaurant. We'll definitely be back!5/18/2013 12:00:00 AMMother's dayWe are from Omaha and traveled to Des Moines to be with our family for Mother's Day. We have eaten at Mezzodi's several times. It has a good variety of food and it is a friendly open place to eat. Our service is normally excellent. This time is was good but felt as if the watress was not really wanting to work on Mother's Day. Overall we enjoyed ourselves. But some of what we ordered was forgot, we had to ask for refils on our drinks. Ketchup or hot sauce we had to get ourselves. We enjoyed a leisurely meal, good service, quiet friendly/warm atmosphere. We didn't choose to order from the full dinner menu, but rather ate a light evening meal.
