They assured complete culinary enjoyment(if I can say it that way). Suffice to say the food and experience was great and we made the show on time. When we arrived the restaurant was almost empty but it filled up (on a cold Tuesday night)and the atmosphere got really lively. Audacious, tasty dishes (great ceviche, scallops, duck heart, tongue, porc) along with some friendly service. I didn't know what to expect from 'modern latin' but I was blown away by the quality of the food and complexity of the flavours.
