We were seated at a table near the bar where the chairs were just bar stools with no backs, very uncomfortable. Saw a few nicer empty tables with regular chairs that I felt we should have been seated at since I made a reservation using open table. Both had a salad, which were fine, though the highlights were the entrees. We had a pork tenderloin and the walleye. Both of us said that they were among the best that we'd had of these dishes. The sides were also generous and prepared nicely. We split the cheesecake for dessert, which was very good. So, overall, the food was worth the reservation. The service was a little spotty, though everyone was pleasant and described the dishes well.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMIt was our first experience,It was our first experience, and we were looking for a nice place for dinner, before seeing a show at the Rep. This was a short walk, and recommended by a friend. We were seated on time, the food was remarkable, and they had a drink special that was attractive. Bit was not very busy so we got great service. The meal was wonderful and everyone had something different. Not a bad meal was had by anyone. It suited all of the dining wishes of our party with ages ranging from 20's to 90"s. The food was well presented, fresh,warm, always available and delicious! Service was very good. The only thing that was disappointing was they added the gratuity in and did not tell us. Of course, we caught it.
