  • "The food and service is always great...after 6!years this was the first disappointment. My wife has an onion allergy and nt much was offered or available as an entree. The Queso and Duck appetizer was fantastic! The entrees and desert were great BUT my wife ordered Shrimp Tacos and gg lettuce and shrimp with NO taco? When we asked it seemed to be an irritation and took five minutes to get tortillas and by then the shrimp were cold. No attempt to make it right left a bad taste in my wife's mouth...I'll try it again by my wife is no longer a fan."

  • "Enjoyed the duck pancake and yucatan chicken skewers. Loved both, however, thought the portion was extremely small on the duck pancake. Shared it and had a very small bite... Chicken skewers were absolutely outstanding and a must! Server was kind enough to show recipe to me from Chef Flay's cookbook. Will certainly be making that one at home! Loved the pork tenderloin. Have had the stuffed tenderloin previously in NY at Mesa Grill so knew the pork would be delicious and it was! Overall, great experience. Hostess not too friendly though and minimal eye contact. Would work on greeting skills there. Have worked in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and feel there can be improvement in this area for the hostess stand!"

  • "I first ate at Mesa Grill four years ago. Really like Bobby Flay and thought "why not try his restaurant?". I asked the server what his signature dish is and he said "the pork tenderloins". I ordered and fell in love. I've been a total of three times over the last four years and don't even bother with the menu. Same order every time. Same "amaze-ness" (yes, I said "amaze-ness") every time. Enjoy!"

  • "Loved the corn chowder--ask for a little kick to be added. Peach margarita was a nice lunchtime treat. The black bean and chicken quesadilla was above average, but not as outstanding as the corn chowder. Service was amazing--lots of attention, good timing, and not hovering."

  • "Went for brunch and dinner in the same day. Food was excellent but the wait staff needs some education around curteous service. Both waitresses were very snobbish and a bit arrogant. As Sam Walton once said, " you would be surprised how true millionaires dress". Try Bobby's shrimp tamale, it was fantastic."

  • "Great brunch spot but limited for vegetarians. We love going but end up with the same meals over and over again. Since we are in Vegas every other month and my husband enjoys the bruncgph here we end up going. I am a bit bored if the choices and will try another restaurant but for those who have not been I highly recommend! Great service, tasty food, not high priced. Make a reservation as at times you cannot get a seat, you never know."

  • "Our service was good, but the food did not live up to the raves that everyone had been telling me. The margarita was okay but didn't nearly live up to the "famous" status their menu states. My chicken was a huge serving and was tasty, but it wasn't anything special. The roasted corn soup was very delicious, as was the corn side dish. My friend had the veal which she greatly enjoyed, but other members of my group had the salmon and pork medallions and said they were just okay. My one friend, who typically has a strong palate for spice had to send her pork back, it was too spicy. As a group we ordered the Carrot Cake dessert and didn't find anything special about it. Overall, we were not wowed by our experience and probably would not return."

I had the Honey-glazed Salmon with Black Bean Sauce, and my brother had the chicken entree with a side of collard greens. Everything was delicious!   • "Excellent service. Goat cheese queso fundido appetizer was delish & super rich. The veal chop had a great sweet/spicy sauce. The blue corn tamale on the side was barely warm, however. Our choice of the smoked chile collard greens was a bad one. Vinegar and hot chiles were so overwhelming. I couldn't eat them. My husband, who can tolerate a lot of "heat," ate them (for $10, he felt obligated). He had an upset stomach for two days following. Some menu items need to be re-evaluated. P.S. I ordered a glass of chardonnay; server told me they were "out." Husband ordered Malbec; again there was no Malbec??? What?"

  • "My wife enjoyed our dinner experience. We knew going in this would not be a romantic setting and the atmosphere would be fairly loud and tables set close together. That being said, we were seated immediately at our reservation time. Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. We went with his recommendations for app/entree/sides and he was spot on. The signature pork tenderloin dish was absolutely on-point. A must go if you are looking for outstanding food."

  • "First the food was excellent. We had the tiger shrimp app and it was killer. My wife and I both had the filet and they were cooked perfectly and the coffee/expresso seasoning was outstanding. The sides of roasted corn and mashed potatoes were very good as well. The restaurant was very loud...we were seated between a group of four loud businessmen and a larger party of ten. I asked to be moved to something a little quieter and the hostess just said sorry this is how the restaurant is. So my wife and I spent dinner yelling at each other so we could hear...we did have some fun with it. So if you want good food and a loud atmosphere this is the place...if you want something that you can carry a normal conversation look elsewhere."

  • "With as many great restaraunts as there are in Vegas we make sure to get reservations at Mesa Grill at least once when we are in town. The food never disappoints and the service is exceptional. This last time I had inadvertently ordered a glass of Chenin blanc instead of the Sauvignon blanc that I intended to order (I went by the label I remembered from previous dinners without reading the type of wine). After taking a sip I asked the server about the same label/different wine confusion. He very graciously offered to bring me a new glass of a very nice Sauvignon. The basket of breads is always a treat - the recipe for those delectable blue corn muffins is on-line. My husband and I have made a meal out of the appetizer plates."

  • "Ate there with wifey on Saturday. Had the Ribeye and she had the pork. It was fabulous. We came back Monday, wifey had the salmon. It was great! I had the New York! It was cooked medium but the texture was way off. I got a bad piece of meat, zero flavor and dry. The margaritas superb!"

The margaritas and cocktails were delicious, the appetizers were fabulous, and the meals were all excellent. All the flavors complimented each other. Wait staff was very attentive and not snobby. Would definitely return to this restaurant."

  • "We were visiting Las Vegas for the first time and were happy to get a reservation at Mesa prior to seeing a show. The flavor and presentation of the food were absolutely wonderful. The Cremini mushroom Quesadilla was delicious. The flavor of the Lamb Chop was one of the best tasting meats I have ever eaten, although I wish the portion was a bit larger! The real showstopper,however, was the Chile Relleno..it was a work of art and tasted great. The Tiger Shrimp were tasty, but could have been larger. We definitely will return."

The crimini mushroom quesadilla had an almost overwhelming depth of flavor, as did the chicken/sweet potato hash. Every item, including the table bread, was special and the service works very hard to make it that way."
