I have been to many Vegas restaurants but for a combination of reasons, I pick Mesa Grill as my personal favorite. The menu is not overwhelming. The setting is upscale but not stuffy. I really like the decor of the place. The service is always good for me and I have my favorite server. Wine list seems very reasonable and always is good with the dishes. The specialty margaritas are always fun. Of course, all that without great food wouldn't amount to much, and Mesa Grill always delivers. I would try the Pork Tenderloin or the Bay Scallops. I wouldn't miss the Blue Corn Lobster Tacos for an appetizer. The Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranates were an amazing side dish that led us to buy the Mesa Grill cookbook! We always enjoy the experience and the food.

Really delicious food. Complexity without searing heat. Shrimp tamale worth the price. Rabbit generous and tasty. Scallops a bilt grainy though, but cooked well. Wine by the glass less than generous.

Whenever I go to Las Vegas a must visit restaurant is MESA Grill in Caesars. The pork tenderloin is a personal favorite of both my wife and myself. it has a very nice spice/heat to the rub and is always prepared to a perfect medium well as requested. The sweet potato tamale that is paired with the meal is fantastic, and I don't particularly like sweet potato's. All in all, a great place to eat.

We ordered the blue lobster taco appetizers which were delicious little blue corn tacos filled with lobster and lots of flavor. Entrees we tried were the scallops and pork tenderloin. Just right portions and delicious sauces. The brussel sprouts as a side were a good choice. The service was top notch. The only thing that would improve the dining experience at Mesa Grill for me would be moving the restaurant out of the Casino.

This was my second visit to Mesa Grill, both trips for client entertainment. My clients enjoyed every minute from the host of margarita choices, goat cheese queso dip, pumpkin soup, and superb pork tenderloin. Wine list is good and the service was friendly and attentive. I would go back again and again in the future! You really can't go wrong with a visit to Mesa Grill!

My husband and I ate there for lunch, he's a big Bobby Flay fan and boy MESA did not disappoint. Definitely enjoyed the classic smokey southwest flavors Bobby taks about on his many cooking shows. The staff were extremely professional and prompt. I enjoyed watching the "dance " of the staff from the kitchen to the front of the house....without question a trained professional staff, exactly what I expect from a Bobby Flay restaurant.

The food and service were excellent. The only downfall of our dining experience was that the tables were way too close together and it was a little noisy. You could here the conversation at the tables on either side of you so don't expect a nice quiet dinner.

We went to Mesa Grill because we love Bobby Flay and the restaurant did not disappoint! Everything was delicious, starting with the margaritas. We both had steak, but our favorite part was the side dishes - amazing brussels sprouts and baked potatoes! We will try to recreate the brussels sprouts at home in the near future. This was a great dinner and restaurant experience.

I usually try and go here for brunch whenever I'm in town. The food is fantastic, a southwest kick to brunch is a nice change of pace. First few times I went were excellent and I could not wait to come back again. However the last 2 times I've gotten this same waiter who is smiley but not charismatic nor his he on top of things. He's very "willy-nilly" and forgetful. This time we were seated first in his section and ready to order. Everything was ok during the drink order and than he got 2 more tables (not big groups either,a 2 top and a 4). We placed our food orders before the other 2 groups and waited. The other tables got their bread first even though we were there 10 min before them. We finally got the appetizer and the food was fantastic. And then the waiting game started. We watched the other tables get their food and watched food come quickly to the window. 20 minuets after we were done with our appitizers I was giving the waiter the eye he came casually over saying our food should be out soon. I said " it's been a while now food should have been out, so what happened?" His response was let me get you the manager. I hate that response if I don't ask don't push me off on a manager just do your job. Anyways about 10 minuets after that we finally got our food and he acted as if nothing went wrong. He obviously forgot to put the entree order in. The manager finally cane over when we got out check to say he was sorry and took off our appitizers. I'm curious with what he is going to fix with his waiter the food was worth paying for. I have never waiting that long there before. This time I got his name so we will never have to deal with such poor service there again.

Husband and I had dinner there mid week before a show. Restaurant very busy, with open kitchen and views of the casino. Tables very close together-could hear conversations easily. Service was good, friendly waiter. Salad and app came out immediately. Chopped Salad was ok. Duck taco was delicious. I had the pork and it was very good-but spicy. My husband had the veal shank which was perfectly prepared and very tasty.

Wife was really looking forward to tasting Bobby Flays food. Has his recipes and cooks them at home. New mexico rubbed pork loin tasted like ham instead of pork. Skimpy on sauce. Shrimp tamale was disappointing. Salty and bland. Only winner was the lamb chops. Very succulent and tasty. One visit is enough.

As always, Mesa was fun and classy. The service was flawless. The New York strip steak was excellent. However, the scallops were very heavy and oily and not quite up to what you would expect from Mesa. It's always a good experience there, though, and we go every time we are in Vegas.

We had a very nice meal at Mesa Grill, but were not impressed that they could not either do separate bills, or pay one bill with more than one credit card. So would not recommend this restaurant for a group. It may be Vegas, but not everyone walks around with wads of cash on them.

We went for brunch, menu is limited, but covers all the bases. Food was excellent, however, our waiter almost ruined an excellent experience. He seemed to not really care if we had questions and disappeared for lengths of time. No sales ability or recommendations were displayed. This guy should be employed somewhere else. We have visited Mesa every trip to Las Vegas, probably 7 or 8 times, food is always excellent and waiters are usually very engaging. Not so this time. Next time, I'll be sure to get a different waiter.

Very creative menu, pretty well everything appeals to me. I had a special salad with pomegranate, and the pork tenderloin. I think they gave me an entire tenderloin. Found the dishes were heavy on the meat portions. I enjoyed my food very much. Their signature margarita was a bit strong for me, sort of like a martini/margarita hybrid. Servers were all very good, service is almost too quick though...

Highly touted Bobby Flay restaurant, so I had to try it while in Las Vegas. Thick glass separates some of the casino, so the noise isn't too bad, but you still smell the smoke. Food is very tasty, but serving sizes are on the smaller size-unlike the price which remains very high. A modest sized menu but not overly extensive. Depending upon how picky you are, you might not find something you like. Overall, a good meal, very good service, but not sure I'll rush back. Keep in mind that when you use open table for your reservation, if you need to cancel, you must do so two days in advance of your meal or the restaurant will charge you!

With so many great restaurants to choose from in Las Vegas, don't choose this one! The appetizers were just ok. The four of shared us the tiger shrimp, blue corn pancake, and chopped salad. The main courses were less than ok. I ordered a rib-eye steak, which is normally a very soft cut. Last week at Mesa Grill, it was tough as shoe leather! My friend ordered salmon and asked for it well done. It came very rare, both times! The other main dish was the lamb chops, which were fine, but definitely nothing special. We didn't bother with dessert, because we couldn't wait to get out of there. In an attempt to remedy the awful meal, the management did not charge us for the salmon that no one ate, but I still say just go some where else!
