I had the Smoked Bison tenderloin. It was perfectly cooked and served on delicious chorizo & sweet potato hash. My husband had a pork tenderloin special that was equally as tasty. Service was superb--very knowledgable and attentive. Restaurant was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening considering how good it was.
