"we were underwhelmed. didn't know anything about this place but from the reviews thought we'd get a great burger at a fun, vibrant place. the burger was decent but the overall experience was nothing great. the place was pretty much empty and drab."

"We watched the waitresses talk and the ice melt in our weak drinks sitting on the bar. Website has very little the current menu has. We ordered mac and cheese. Was microwaved, watery and poured into a little cast iron skillet-very sad. Waitress bought my overcooked pork (with a nasty starch) to my boyfriend and tried to give me a veggie patty. The same patty they mistakenly brought to the table next to us. We cancelled his order because they hadn't started it. When we left she said BTW: we took off the burger you never got, we'll take care of you next time. Wow-thanks for not charging me for food I never received."

"My entree arrived lukewarm. I had noticed it sitting in the kitchen window for quite some time but didn't know then it was my entree. If we hadn't been using a coupon, 1 appetizer & 2 entrees for $24, we would have said something. I know 2 tables that were there the same time I was there that weren't using coupons and one of the two at each table never got their entree. Poor service! The waitress did not even try to make up for the error by comping cocktails or something!!"

"The place was okay but it lacked a little bit of soul to my taste - bare walls and minimalist decor. One of our tables was really slanted too and just did not look like the place was completely finished.
As for the service, the waitress was very friendly but they did not have everything on the menu and seemed to be out of a few items - after telling us they would bring them to the table. I would not go back there although my overall experience was fine, because it was nothing very special."
