It's confirmed Chefs across the state are coming together to fight the ban on foie gras. Melisse will host the Foie Gras event on Monday, May 14, 2012, seating starts at 5:30, featuring Chefs from Southern CA Josiah Citrin, Raphael Lunetta, Brendan Collins and Northern CA Mark Dommen, Justin Wangler, Hiro Sone and Lissa Douman. These chefs will create a 6-course menu for $200.00 (includes wine, tax and gratuity.) A portion of the proceeds will go to C.H.E.F.S. Tickets are available on eventbrite.com, this evening should not be missed! Help us say yes to foie and no to the California lawmakers.
