Thanks!4/16/2013 12:00:00 AMLadies LuncheonWe were here on a Saturday for lunch. It's was a "girl's lunch", celebrating a birthday of one of the girls. (The "girls", BTW, are 50+ years old.) We enjoyed outstanding, attentive service. We'd heard the chef & the menu had changed, and were a little apprehensive, but it turns out our fears were for naught. The food is better than ever, and some of our "favorites" from the old menu (like tapenade) have been retained and are "held over" onto the current menu. I ask for a booth on the left side however, the letft side was closed so they sat my guest on the right side at a table for two. My guest arrived before me but ,he is a 6'6 , 375lb defensive professional football player and he looked totally ridiculous sitting at a table for two when there was booths available on the right side.. I was embarrested for him and immediately ask if we could be moved to one of the three booths vacant ont the right side. They have consistently impressed us with their attention to detail and excellent service as well as incredibly tasty food. It was nice to see a special Kid's menu this time. The server was especially attentive to their needs, making sure to bring out their food first and then upon our request to have smaller portions of ice cream for the kids, he offered to only charge us for two ice creams instead of 3.
