The Meddlesome Moth is Dallas’ newest and most interesting full service restaurant, featuring an honest and flavorful chef driven menu, full service bar, and one of the finest selections of hand-crafted beers in the US. In addition to a changing selection of entrees, our small plates are robustly… promoted to encourage sharing. We feature local seasonal menu items and offer fresh blackboard specials daily. Our patio area is spacious for dining al fresco, and reservations are encouraged. At 11pm The Moth transforms into one of Dallas' most comfortable bars and remains so until 2am, Thursday thru Saturday. Closing time is midnight otherwise.Continued

"This was my 2nd visit to Meddlesome Moth. I had the same server (yay!!)but was seated on the patio this time. The service was not quite as good as my first visit as mgmt had obviously given the server stations inside and out (not smart). However, my server was so very gracious that I would request him every time I visit. The amount of delivery truck traffic on the street made it quite noisy. In building this restaurant, I would have put the parking lot on the street side and the patio on the opposite side. The food was good, but not as good as the first visit. It was a business lunch and my clients were not overly pleased with their meal. The asparagus served with the roasted chicken was extremely large and very tough."

"We have now been to the Moth on several occassions. This was for Sunday brunch. Specials for the day were fair. Chili for the soup of the day was strange in 80+ degrees weather. I order the eggs and smoked apple bacon. The 3 strips were so overcooked they were tasteless. Waitress was very pleasant, brunch selections were poor."

"This has now become one of my favorite Dallas restaurants. We took some friends from out of town and they loved it! It was our second time to dine here and, like the first, the food was outstanding. The guys loved the beer selection and the ladies liked the Rattlesnack, MM's version of a spicy margharita. We ordered several shared plates, 2 or 3 at a time. Our waiter encouraged us to take our time and order as we went along, which was great. We sat on the patio and it was a very enjoyable evening."

"Food was really good and server was kind...but it was slow and may not have been her fault. Bit took over 15 minutes to get drinks and then another 15 for her to take our order. Badger first course it took another 20 minutes to get final course. The food was superb, but will not be back because it took forever...unnecessary forever!"

"Everything was wonderful, the food, service, and atmosphere. The Thai mussels were the best mussels I have ever had. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The overall experience was outstanding. Next time I am in Dallas I am definitely going back!"
