"Very positive experience. Brie appetizer and Seafood stew were both delicious. Service was very friendly but the courses actually came out too fast to enjoy the bottle of wine that we had ordered. The good news is that we did not feel rushed on the back end.

Dessert was creme brulee which was fairly standard and the dessert menu as a whole was pretty small and uninspired."

"Unfortunately there was a Nicor gas leak the evening we dined. Nicor dug up the sidewalk in front of the restaurant. It was not the owner's fault. The noise level inside was bad.
The owner apoligized but I would think he would have offered his customers a free desert or glass of wine for the inconvience."

"I wish I could like this place but the first thing the hostess said was that I arrived at the wrong time and my reservation was two hours later. I have my confirmation from open table proving I was at the right time. The place was empty. Really - a good hostess would say Welcome, thanks for joining us. The decor was nice, the food was fine, nothing to rave about nothing to complain about - a little on the bland side."

"We split the short ribs for an appetizer. Husband loved them and they reminded me of beef stew. Then we split the red beet salad which we both really liked and the diver mussell special which we both really loved and I am now craving. The owner was walking the floor to make sure everything was ok. Bartender Eric was also our server and he was very friendly. We ended up going back after our wine tasting across the street and Eric and the owner were very welcoming and kept the drinks coming as late as they could, 11:45."
