The ONLY issue that I had with my last visit was this:
Monday night I brought my NYC client there for dinner to celebrate a new account. We were engaged in conversation and not even 1/4 through our dinners when the bus boys and girls started coming over about every 5/10 minutes trying to grab our plates and ask if we were done. This happened about six times. It was rude and we were pretty turned off by about the third ask. There were several open tables around us so we found this very weird. I won't disagree with those statements; a beer list filled with cans of IPA (there are a couple other options plus a few on tap) was the first clue. All that aside, this is a great restaurant. The service was quick and friendly and the waitress was aware of our show's start time based on the reservation confirmation call. The food was great - the most delicious was the mussels (especially with the bread we added to sop up the Tom Kha like sauce). We were seated in booth/chair pair that was shared by multiple people. It was a bit cramped & not an intimate experience. It was very easy to hear other patrons conversations as they could hear ours. We ordered the Meat & Potatoes For Two from the menu. You get a good sized rib eye (34 oz) with huge steak type fries, sauteed mushrooms, and a large section of bone with marrow! Make reservations (we did) to ensure getting a seat. Among the highlights, the moment that I accidentally dropped my lap napkin onto the floor, a gentleman who was not our waiter immediately brought me a clean and folded replacement. The only thing that I thought was a negative was the lighting. Everything looks amazing! The first time we looked at the menu, there were a couple items that stood out because they are personal favorites.
