  My girlfriend and I had the chef's tasting menu and were blown away by the creativity and complexity of flavors. The kitchen is obviously using the freshest ingredients and incorporating them with an artist's finesse. Service was flawless, Friendly and very knowledgeable. We opted not to sift through the cavernous list of fine wines, and went With a pairing for each course. The half glasses were just enough to enhance the flavors without dulling the senses. Next time, however, I might order from their extensive collection. All in all a fantastic time, we can't wait to return!...More

  Petite Jacqueline transports you to a neighborhood bistro in Paris or a lovely French village. The food is superb. Do try the Chicken.... yes, we know - who orders chicken in a restaurant??? well, do try it here - it is most, full of flavour, melts in your mouth.... The prok chop is wonderful, and the fish.... ahhhh... last night we had local red fish, perfectly prepared.... We make a trip all the way from Portsmouth NH to eat here about once a month.......More

  We went to Fuel for our 30th anniversay dinner and mentioned it when making our reservations. All contacts congratulated us meaning they read & disseminated our special request. Menu offerings were varied along a French theme but not overly so. I had the pork tenderloin and it was far & away the best I'd ever had, cooked just so and stuffed with the right mix of vegetable and cheese. It was served with tender roasted baby red potatoes, also delicious. My husband had the house filet and said it was excellent as were the mashed potatoes served with it. The house pinot noir was very good, well balanced and my husband's margarita was strong enough with the proper amount of salt on the rim. We'll be going back and taking guests....More
