"Being in town for a conference, we wanted to enjoy a nice dinner on the water. While this restaurant is on the water, and has a limited number of tables on it, their service was incredibly slow (nearly 2 hours for a simple dinner!). The food was thoroughly average (mid-range chain quality), yet their prices were more reflective of an upscale restaurant. We might recommend for a beer by the water, but not much more."

"The appetizers did not come out at the same time. It took a long time to get our 1 appetizer. When we finally got our last appetizer, we took one bite and then our entrees arrived. We couldn't even enjoy the appetizer. When my wife mentioned to the waiter, "good thing I am not really hungry," Rather than apologize he responds sarcastically, " well I guess it all worked out." A comment that referred to the late arriving appetizer. We will never be coming back to this restaurant."

"McLoone's had a lovely open view of harbor and a hip atmosphere. Although too cold to sit outside, I bet the waterfront dining is great! The staff was attentive and very accomodating to my diet restrictions, and the menu had some unique selections. I had the seafood ceviche. Served in a martini glass, it was a fun and deliciously light lunch. Definitely going back once the weather warms up try dinner outside by the water!"

"We were there on a rainy evening, so couldn't sit outside, but still had a good view of the WW Bridge. Nice spot. The food was delicious, but a little overpriced. Guess you have to pay for the location. We were there on the early side, which was perfect for us, because it got VERY LOUD after the music started. I would not have been happy if I couldn't converse with my dinner mates, due to the loud music. Music can be fun with the volume a little lower. One other note: we made our reservation through Open Table, but the restaurant reported to Open Table that we didn't show up. That was little annoying."

"The food was well prepared, interesting. Great view, right on the water. Service was slow but friendly. The prices were much higher than anticipated due to its rating on the Open Table site. Should be shown as a $$$, not a $$."

"The night we went, they seemed to be a bit overwhelmed. The table next to us was a large party (12 or more) and they had to wait over 10 minutes just to pay to leave. The server tried her best to give us attention, but they were clearly understaffed. The food was served quickly, once we were able to order. We ordered our appetizer and was almost finish eating it when the server came back to get our orders for dinner. The food was excellent."
