"Sushi and lamb was excellent. Salad was a mess , soggy. Dessert was excellent, beer was nice and cold. Wife wanted to drink more wine but was only asked once for a refil. Not too kid friendly. Better place to take a girlfriend not a wife. Will not take kids there again. Need better cook / chef management. Ordered a hamburger on toasted sour dough bread. They put the toasted side on the inside and didn't toast the outside of the bread. I don't care, I eat everything, however, someone should have caught that. I'll let them work out the bugs and try back in 6 months or so....."

"The restaurant is beautiful but the food was mediocre. The mussels and salads were excellent but the steaks were full of grizzle , thin and not cooked well. The swordfish was good."

"Staff has no training whatsoever. Seated at a table with 3 waiters across the room from us it took 15 minutes to get our waitress. Waiters didn't respond to me waving my arms since it wasn't their table! Kitchen was mediocre and they didn't make the appetizer I ordered, my steak was ice cold and served with cold, greasy, limp onion ring frizzles, fresh crab was actually crab stick (!) and the fish was fishy and awful, cocktail was made incorrectly, salad was OK. It could have been OK, nice building but so loud you can't stand to be in it. They need some sound suppression help in a BIG way. Too bad, could be great but this is an utter failure. If management stepped up and supervised they might have half a chance of fixing it."

"I have been to this restaurant numerous times before and on each occasion the food, service and ambiance has been perfect. However this visit was for Sunday Brunch and the atmosphere was very different. A lot of families and children made the restaurant very busy and the brunch menu wasn't as good as their usual a la carte' menu. It was very pleasant however finishing our brunch off with a mimosa, sitting outside on some comfortable deck chairs looking over the lake in the sunshine."

"The food was good. The portions were generous. Service was painfully slow. A few of the staff members were friendly and customer focused. Unfortunately most employees were arrogant, indifferent and rude. No one offered to check my very frail 88 year old mother's coat. After we were seated, I had to inquire about coat check and carry her coat back there myself. We were seated in a dark corner near the office and exit door. The draft from the constantly opened exit door was unpleasant. We were practically not in the dining area. I did not feel welcomed. A steady stream of aloof staff members rushed past us, creating a unnerving distraction. My request for better table was completely ignored. We couldn't see the fireplace or water view."
