The lighting is perfect and the booths are both chic and comfortable. Our server was cute and charming and the food was fantastic. A must-have on the menu is the crab mac and cheese. Fabulous!!! We were all fighting over it. Our waitress Meg was wonderful. We had the oyster app, mushroom salad, steak, lamp chops, sea bass and scallops. Everything was perfectly cooked. The vanilla cheesecake was the best I've had and our family has NY roots. I would highly recommend McEwens. They were extremely accommodating with all our reservation juggling as well. It is however, a very giood eating establishment. It provides very good food for a moderate price. And the food!!
