Our server - Bonnie - is a treasure; she went out of her way to make our dinner a wonderful experience. My butterfly shrimp were excellent with very nice crunchy texture. My wife's tilapia was well prepared. The dishes are creatively developed and presented, whether one orders from the high end of the menu or the more moderately priced fare. The desserts are no less high quslity. Parts of the menu suggest specific wine pairings for the dishes on the menu, but the server can suggest wines to go with any item on the regular menu. This would be a great place for you to celebrate a special occasion or take that special date - even with your spouse!4/7/2013 12:00:00 AMDinner at McCormick and SchmickThe restaurant was wonderful in accommodating my husband and me on his birthday in assigning us a "Snug," even though Saturday nights at the restaurant are busy. When I decided to add two more people to the reservation as a surprise for my husband,the staff was careful not to give away the surprise and seemed delighted to be in on it. The waiter--I think Chuck but not sure of his name now--was friendly, attentive.
