  • "This restaurant is really a forgotten gem. They have an outstanding variety of fish and seafood on their menu with unique and tasty preparations. Their wine list is quite large. There are also non fish selections, bit you really want to try the fish here.We have taken our 5 year old boy with us and have had a very comfortable time and meal as they offer a kids menu ss well."

I took her there for her birthday so she could enjoy the dish and they did not let her down. It was as delightful as she was hoping. It would be. Thank you for a great evening as always!!!!"

  • "I chose this restaurant for a special birthday celebration since I am familiar with McCormick & Schmick's in Seattle. The experience at the Las Vegas restaurant was pretty much identical to the terrific food and service that McCormick & Schmick's is known for in Seattle. I indicated on the reservation that we were celebrating a birthday and the restaurant noted the birthday celebration from the moment we were seated in a "private room feeling" portion of the restaurant. Our guests had wanted seafood and the seafood was delicious, fresh and perfectly prepared. The service was outstanding. The birthday person not only received a ribbon tied scroll of the night's menu but also presented with a birthday desert with a lighted candle. "

  • "Comfortable place to spend an hour or so. Ambience great. Low lights, dark walls, and not wide open hall as in some places. The food was only OK. The 8 oz. filet (butterfly) unfortunately was over-cooked, and the broccoli and carrots were undercooked, and had no flavor. The swordfish was just fine, served on a bed of potatoes and spinach. By special order I am sure I could have had the swordfish broiled, buttered and treated to a wedge of lemon. This is my preferred recipe."

  • "This eatery has declined significantly since our last visit. It took forever to get the hostess to seat us, leaving the front unattended as guests baked up. It took three trips to a table to get us seated in an appropriate table. The portions of the some of the items are extremely small. The overall quality of the food is good but not outstanding. Our server disappeared for long periods of time as to make us wonder if she had left. Overall, a disappointment and not on my list for a revisit."

  • "My husband and I were visiting from out of town and thought we would try McCormick & Schmick in Las Vegas. We have eaten at McCormick & Schmick in New Jersey and really enjoyed it. The food was excellent; they are known for their seafood; but I had chicken alfredo and pasta and it was delicious. The service was very good and our server was friendly and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will return on our next trip to Vegas."

  • "The restaurant was pretty empty but for some reason each party was seated in different sections. I assumed it was to give each server a guest within their zone but later determined that it was an attempt to make the place seem busy. 30 minutes passed before we received drinks and were able to order appetizers. We ordered 3 but only 2 ever came. We later ordered dinner and after pretending to take notes, our waiter brought us out all of the wrong sides. We gave up... We ate the food and waited for the check to come. When the server returned, we asked for the check and he replied "You don't want that. Let me get you a dessert menu." He dissapeared as we finished our food and returned with a dessert menu. I had to ask for the check again."

  • "We had some out of town relatives visit for the weekend. Dinner choice was between Morton's and M&S. We made the right choice. Menu is varied and reasonably priced. Wine list was good and food quality was EXELLENT! Service was great and the valet greeted us, opened the door, then when we were leaving, wished us "good evening thanks for coming" even though we did not valet park! Manager stopped by during the meal and asked if all was ok, which it was. Great place."

  • "I took my girlfriend to M & S for a "special" Valentine's Day dinner while we were visiting Vegas as we house hunt in our new home. We arrived and went to the bar/lunge area for a pre-dinner drink. If it is possible to screw up a martini they managed to.by serving it like a shot of cheap tequila. Also my girlfriend's gin and tonic was made with house gin and had to be sent back. We are pretty chilled folks but this was an irritating start to our romantic evening. Especially when the bar staff acted put out to deliver what we actually ordered and the bar staff were frowning and arguing with each other about some other problem they ALL seemed to have. Okay... phase two, THE DINNER! Food great, service the worst I've ever had. DON'T GO!!"

  • "My Wife and I enjoyed our time. We had a cocktail at the bar before our reservation. Great selection of beer and spirits. We both had a specialty, seasonal cocktail. At our table, our waiter was excellent. He made one or two suggestions, which were perfect. The meal was very good. The atmosphere was excellent. We definitely will be back with friends."

  • "I had requested a quiet table or booth and was seated in this area where larger groups were seated. The noise level was off the charts, including screaming and crying children. It was not unlike eating at an Applebee's. The appetizer (fried oysters) was somewhat overcooked, flavorless, and small. The portions left much to be desired, I had to order dessert just to somewhat satiate myself. I enjoy eating at some of the finer restaurants around the city but for the money, this wasn't worth it. Next time, i would save $140 by eating at Chili's or Red Robin. At least i go into to those places expecting them to sound like a cafeteria."

My husband had the fried shrimp. They were huge, tender and delicious! We went there because we had a gift card, but would definitely go back with out one!"

  • "Valentines Night 6:30 pm reservation. Very slow service, Cocktails took 20 mins or more to arrive each of the 3 times we ordered. The waitress knew the drinks were taking too long and kept apologizing without being prompted. We both had fish which was OK but not special. It was a little expensive which I didn't mind but for the price I expected better. There are many restaurants in Las Vegas, we will keep looking to find "That special one". McCormick & Smicks is not it."

  • "While we always enjoy eating at McCormick & Schmick, our menu choice this time could have been better. The Lobster Thermador was excellent, but the steak had no flavor and was tougher than we like. The Lobster Bisque was excellent as always and the Crab Corn Chouder was better than I expected. I would definitely order it again. Because it was a holiday weekend, the service was a little slower than what we've experienced in the past, but always courteous and friendly. We are locals and this is one of our favorite restaurants for special occasions and just for a night out."

  • "We were two girls in Vegas for a birthday celebration. Wanting seafood we choose this restaurant. Unfortunately we forgot about valentines day. We did get a decent reservation. Hostess was very friendly, martinis were phenomenal. Food was amazing. Service was extremely poor. He must have been new to table service. He approached the table to poor us water, never introducing himself therefore we assumed he was the bus person. We brought our own wine expecting a corkage fee. He was unable to find an ice bucket. Then offered to open our Chardonnay to "let it breathe". While we enjoyed our martinis. He never checked back after having our entrees delivered. Again food and ambiance were fantastic. Service needed more training. Would return."

  • "The reservations were made for a party of 4, on that day we arrived 30 mins Early I approached the hostess and told her I had reservations I gave her the name And she turned and got busy with another customer without acknowledging me, after a few minutes later a member of our party approached the hostess again just to make sure that she was aware that we were there and waiting to be seated but at that time she told us that they did not have us for any reservation,, I proceeded to show them the confirmation email that was sent by Open table. They than apologized and said they would seat us as soon as possible but it still took over 40 min. We did get seated but after all the waiting dinner wasn't even that great, bad service!"

  • "A little under staffed for such a huge "Diner Night", especially since valentines fell on a Friday night at that. Our waitress needed help with drinks and food. We waited 20 mins to get our first drink on the table. The couple behind us waited approx. 30 mins for desert. We noticed what appeared to be an "oversee" person that stood at the front of the room. I don't know what she was over seeing but she must not have known what she was looking for, she should have been moving with a purpose helping servers. I don't own a restaurant, but I think valentines day for restaurants would be like Metro Police on new years eve in Vegas....All hands on deck."

  • "It was our first visit to this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised and extremely happy at our choice. We invited friends who were very satisfied with everything! The food was absolutely delicious and they have a great beverage list. Pretty cost effective too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience!   • "It was a business dinner. A steak was ordered Medium Well it came like a charred hockey puck. It was then prepared again and came back bleeding on the plate. On the bill it was put on and taken off twice both times stating that the customer didn't like it which was NOT true. What was true was that they were unable to prepare it to temperature."

  • "Overall we had a very good experience. We did feel that our waiter wasn't as attentive as in previous visits. There were three of us for a 7:30pm dinner on a Sunday night. The restaurant was pretty empty so there shouldn't have been any reason for him to check back more often for wine requests etc. also we were sat at a four top and the service for a fourth person was never removed from the table which we found to be odd. But overall the experience was pleasant and we would all return again."

  • "Renovation is very impressive. Light and airy and as always the food was the best. We had a great waiter who knew what he was doing and was very attentive but yet didn't make a pest out of himself. Sometimes waiters/waitresses ask "how's everything" too many times which is very annoying to us. Food was flawless and dessert yummy (bread pudding). Thanks for a wonderful night. Will return soon."
