I was disappointed. The fried shrimp and the grilled shrimp were great and piping hot. The stuffed shrimp was luke warm. I sent the dish back and the stuffed shrimp was still just luke warm. It was commendable that the chef, personally, brought out my redone dish. My companion loved his filet and was very pleased. I will return because I like this restaurant. He took care of all of our accomodations, which when it comes to my mother can be very tiresome. My brother and I were trying to give her a nice dinner as a belated Mother's Day gift and she absolutely LOVED the food and the service. Zachary definitely earns a few extra points for that comment from my mom. He was also very accomodating to the two children we had at the table, 9 and 12 and understood how quickly they wanted their food. Our party of 4 each ordered a different seafood and all was prepared well and served hot. It did allow for private conversation, but felt like we were sent off to a small room with no ambience. The service was at a little bit of a slow pace, a full two hours for lunch. We waited a few minutes while they set the table up, not long. We were in a semi-private room with a curtain you could pull closed. It made the noise level very low and we could all talk and hear just fine. The food was exceptional - everyone enjoyed what they ordered. The hostess was really nice. Everyone at the front were nice. The only problem that occurred was that the waiter had a bad attitude. Not really sure if he was having a bad day or what but he was really rude. The other waiters that I encountered were nice and respectful. But this specific waiter was just rude. Perhaps a little less emphasis on the "fresh today" menu, but positively replaced with special items that your taste buds can savor. Always a favorite, never disappointing, and sometimes even surpassing already expectations. He asked for med. well and it was med. rare. I don't think the waiter heard him correctly with all the loud noise. My food was great and I enjoyed it. I had to order an extra order of roasted potatoes. My tilapia fish came with about 5 little potatoes, and barely any vegetables which was equivalent to enough food for a child.

I love that the menu is also posted online. That allows one to make some very good choices if you are trying to pay attention to calories. My husband and I both had delicious meals without consuming 3 days worth of calories in one sitting! His Parmesan crusted flounder was tender and buttery. I had the cashew crusted tilapia and it was equally good. I especially liked the sweet potato couscous side dish with this. The steamed veggies were tender crisp and perfect. Saving room for dessert, I chose the chocolate bag, and was advised by our server that it was large enough to share. My only complaint this time is that the vegetables (string-beans and carrots) were so undercooked as to be uneatable. I agree that most vegetables one encounters are lamently overcooked, but this was stretching a point too far in the other direction. The waiter quickly offered to return the dish to the kitchen.
