The food is always very good, service is wonderful and it's just a great place to eat! I usually have salmon (which is always VERY fresh), but this trip I had the shrimp and amdouille macaroni & cheese. It was delicous. I wanted desert, but was too full. The McCormick near us in Cleveland closed, they just could not seem to get it right. We enjoyed the one in DC that we ate at so much that we took the chance and it worked out nicely. The food was EXCELLENT! We went here before a concert, the timing was great, the location worked great and the food lacked nothing. The Shrimp Kisses are my sons new favorite.
My only slight complaint was with the staff. We got seated early...but then sat for some time before being spoken to. We were checked on very rarely and when I ordered coffee, it never came until dessert was finished. When I am spending $300 on a meal, I do not expect to have little things like this take place.
