We've eaten at other McCormicks over time. First time at DTC location. We started with two appetizers, the tuna plate and lobster bisque. Tuna came with two varieties, seared and tartare with avocado. Both very good. Lobster bisque was extremely good. We then had the sea scallops and Rockfish for entrees. We split everything and both of us agreed that from end-to-end (a seasonal lemon pie with strawberries to close) it was a great deal. And a very reasonable price for the quality. Oh, my wife would be mad if I didn't mention that made from scratch sangria. She said it was the best she ever had. We have come to expect freshness and excellence from this restaurant chain and, unlike the downtown location, this chef didn't disappoint. We both ordered fish for our entree and found them fresh and perfectly prepared. We were pleased to reserve the time we wanted, were seated right away when we arrived, and were surprised that a table out in the open area was so intimate and quiet.
The wine selection was good, as was the advice from out server - she knew the menu inside-out and was very helpful for consideration of food sensitivities.
The clam chowder was the best we have had in Colorado. The Saomon and Swordfish were prepared to perfection - not over-spiced, perfectly cooked, and paired with the perfect vegetable combinations.

It is my favorite item and I will be ordering it as long as it's available. The Sea Bass was lightly grilled, served over edamame, and topped with sliced cucumber (or chinese radish ?) with red pepper flakes. We tried the seafood trio with Salmon, 2 grilled shrimp, and sea bass and it was excellent. The Sea Bass was very flavorful and serving over the asian inspired cold cole slaw was a great contrast.
