"Our service was not very good. It took a long while for the waitress to get our drink orders after we were seated and then it took a long time for the drinks to arrive. Then she did not bring one of the drinks. The one main dish that was brought to the table was cold."

"We have been great fans of M&S years ago, however a couple of years ago we started having issues with both the food and the service. After one particularly bad episode over Thanksgiving, we decided to stop wasting our money there and instead to go to Ocean Club as our fishmonger of choice. Well fast-forward to this afternoon. We decided after a couple of years to give them one more try. The one-star rating will clue you in on our overall experience this time.

My husband had the tilapia. It was dry and tasteless. I had the mahi mahi. While it was somewhat better, it was nothing outstanding and certainly not worth the $26.00 it set us back. We complained to the manager but he was unwilling to even give us a partial refund on the food"

"The food and service were very good. Portions were generous and very good. We had a group of 7 and everyone enjoyed their individual selections. I felt the prices were a little high. I could go to one of our usual favorites and the food would be as delicous for less cost. This was our first visit to McCormick's. I would recommend it to others, but I would warn them about the prices. I would offer alternative restaurants."

"Disappointing! We are regulars at this restaurant, and the service and food are both usually top-notch. But our most recent visit was an exception. The runner piled all of the courses on the table at once rather than pacing the service -- except for the wine, which arrived after the entrees were nearly eaten. When I mentioned this to our server, her indifference was almost palpable, and she blamed everything on their new management (Landry). Also, cardmembers take note - they have discontinued the "amuse" that used to be complementary. On the other hand, the food was as good as ever."
