McCormick & Schmick's Seafood - Beverly HillsPleasant outdoor tablesPeople know this place very well, and with so many newer places opening, I was forgetting to go there. But it's a wonderful place to sit outside without traffic noise and fumes. The one thing I'd advise is to stay away from the fish and chips. The fish batter isf too heavy and greasy and the fries aren't all that great either. The chef at Cocina Primavera makes a much better fish and chips--very light.. Stick with fish cooked in other ways--it's good. Not only were my minor requests met (quiet, away from kitchen), the General Manager (Terry, I think?) came to our table and congratulated us by name. The food was exquisite, the service impeccable, seated in the best booth in the house, free dessert via the GM... and the menu's were customized to read across the top, "HAPPY FIRST ANNIVERSARY!"
This is how it's done, people. I am very grateful for such a flawless experience and evening.
