A Wonderful Sunday BrunchWe sat in a booth and had a lovely view of a fresh snow-covered mountain-side. The Sunday Brunch had an excellent variety and all of the offerings were delicious. We especially enjoyed the Belgian waffles with a fresh berry compote and vanilla bean whipped cream; huevos rancheros in a mini cocotte; and the wonderful selection of fruit, cheese & pastries. Both meals were exquisite. We loved the duck confit capachas, the pork arepas, the short ribs, the ahi tuna and everything else we ate. On our second visit celebrating my wife's birthday, the folks at Cima pulled out all the stops and comped us an amazing dessert. It was unexpected but greatly appreciated.
