  • "Had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic. Great flavors. The pizza is amazing. It's hard to find authentic New York style pizza, but they hit the mark!. My friends had the Philly cheesesteaks which they loved and we all shared this giant cookie pizza thing for desert which was served hot and gooey with vanilla ice cream. They have a full bar that was busy but big enough to take care of everybody. Loved the look of the place. I didn't feel like I was in Salt Lake! Great prices. We will go again."

  • "I had a few friends with me to celebrate my 60th BD. I wanted local and nice. I wanted good music. I wanted quiet enough to chat with my friends. I wanted good wine. Check, check, check and check. Conn Curran and Rob Bennion were so much fun to listen to and watch. I did not really care about the service or the price. Yet, both were fantastic. We will definitely come again and I can't believe I haven't been before."

  • "We were seated at a bar height table for 2. There was not room to actually be able to eat at the table. We had to order our dinner based off of what would actually fit on our table (not a good idea given that it is a pizza place). Seems like it would make more sense if the tables would actually fit a pizza. We had the chicken parmesan and it was really good (and it fit on our mini table) lol. The lime rickies were amazing! Kind of a disappointment due to the table we were seated at. I actually made a comment to one of the servers and he just blew me off (even though there were many other bigger tables open around us). Food was great, but the whole experience could have been better."

  • "We went to Maxwell's before a Utah Jazz game. We started with some beer which was slightly under tempeture. My draft beer could have been a few degrees colder and my husband's bottled beer was warm and then he was given a glass that felt like it was just out of the dishwasher, i.e. warm. Our server was a little overwhelmed or annoyed with us as we were taking a long time to order because we were catching up with friends. But our food was served promptly and it was good. The wings were great and the pizza at Maxwell's always hits the spot."

  • "We made a reservation for 10. When we arrived the restaurant was mostly empty and we were seated at 2 separate tables. We tried scooting them together, but because they were on a raised platform this didn't work well (no one could be seated on the side of the table at the edge of the platform) so it was difficult for everyone to visit. Despite not being very busy, we had to get the waitresses attention multiple times. Several orders were not what was ordered. If the food was great maybe all would have been forgiven, but it was just okay. We will not be returning and I would not recommend."
