Matteo's RestaurantAn old favoriteI come here often with my 97 year old cousin. We are always greeted by name, the waiters know what we like to drink, and everyone is respectful of our needs. The food is always good, and when I brought by grandchildren, the restaurant accommodated some fussy tastes. With outstanding reviews and decided to give it a try. It was outstanding... Not too expensive. Great staff.. The waiter could have asked me to order a stone... but the way he spoke ( all italian and all... ) i would have said sure... The wine was great.. Good all over.. Definitely going back.. I ordered a bottle of Edizone Cinque Autoctoni. You can't go wrong with this... Not only is the food superb but the air of quiet and luxurious ambiance means you can actually talk to your companions - a revolutionary thought! They are doing everything right here including recognizing that most of us want to visit with friends when we dine. How many of us would invite people to our homes for dinner and then play music loudly so no one could talk?
