Cuisine Restaurant is Milwaukee Area Technical College’s student operated fin dining restaurant. The restaurant features a full scale menu including appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts. Food is prepared by students in the Culinary Arts Program under the supervision of Culinary Instructors.
