Masu Sushi & RobataMargarita - yum!The spicy salmon roll and Godzilla margarita were fantastic.5/11/2013 12:00:00 AMBest Sushi in the Twin CitiesI am an extreme lover of sushi, and this place never disappoints. The happy hour menu is such a deal, and definitely try the robata. The chicken meat ball is my favorite. Awesome service and the patio seating was nice, however, it was loud due to traffic. Didn't stop me from enjoying yet another meal at Masu. Go there!5/7/2013 12:00:00 AMTerrific Food - cool placeWhat a wonderful place! All 4 of us women said its our new favorite foodie destination!5/2/2013 12:00:00 AMOur favorite spot these days. Our favorite spot these days. Ben, Dan and Asan all do a great job (as does the other "roll guys and wait staff.) We always try to sit at the bar and enjoy watching what goes on with the sushi assembly. Great place, great food and the workers seem to enjoy their job. Must be well managed.4/26/2013 12:00:00 AMWhat an awesome date spot! What an awesome date spot! The server was super great at recommending food and drink! We enjoyed it very much. We will for sure be back to try other things on the menu! Make sure you have a reservation.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat Happy Hour. DevinGreat Happy Hour. Devin our waitress was wonderful.4/17/2013 12:00:00 AMRebecca, Washington, D.C.Ambience, excellent service, and superb food all made for a wonderful evening. A vibrant location in Minneapolis, but a cozy feel to the restaurant. Highly recommend!4/14/2013 12:00:00 AMWe ordered the 7 piece sashimiWe ordered the 7 piece sashimi appetizer; each piece was a different kind of fish, which was a good way to be introduced to sashimi. We also ordered the spicy tuna roll, the firecracker roll, and the crunchy spicy salmon roll; the firecracker was our favorite. We had a 12 oz carafe of "house in the snow" sake, which was mildly sweet. Being new to sake, we were surprised at how strong it is. Service seemed a bit slow, and the price was higher than I'd usually pay (3 sushi rolls, 1 appetizer, 12 oz of sake = about $87) but the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was good. For a special occasion, I would love to go again.4/10/2013 12:00:00 AMWe love Masu. It's just theWe love Masu. It's just the perfect place for a great weekend night out. There's only one thing - they've got to do something about adding a double door entrance. It's unpleasantly cold at the tables nearest the entrance. Not sure why they haven't already addressed this.4/6/2013 12:00:00 AMThis was our second visitThis was our second visit to Masu and we enjoyed it again. The dishes and small plates to share are perfect. Flavors are great and variety is good, especially for vegetarians and pescaterians. Our server was friendly and attentive and offered some suggestions. Will return but probably will pick a different time as the noise level made it impossible to talk/hear!!!3/22/2013 12:00:00 AMReally great sushi. I'm notReally great sushi. I'm not a huge fan of the robata, but that's probably a personal thing. Otherwise, really great restaurant. big fan.3/21/2013 12:00:00 AMVery good sushi... Good service.Very good sushi... Good service. Fun, informal environment, but fairly busy/noisy. Nice place to hang out with buddies/first date maybe, not so much "romantic night out" material (too much going on).3/16/2013 12:00:00 AM
