The service is friendly and professional. The menu not only has fabulous steaks, but outstanding seafood too. The crab appetizer was incredible, and our guest loved her salmon. The drinks are generous. Our guest's Cosmo had dry ice and was fun. They offer Tito's vodka, a silky smooth Texas brand my husband likes, and serve it with its own bottle of Fever Tree tonic, so it stays nice and bubbly. The wine by the glass selection is great. The side dishes are generous enough to share. Our steaks were cooked perfectly. The sizzling hot plates maintained the temperature throughout the meal. All of the staff is great, but Cee Cee shines. The bone in ribeye and bone in filet are the best you will get anywhere. Portions of any item are excessively large so keep that in mind when ordering. There will definitely be a portion of the meal which will need to be taken home. My only negative comment is the onion rings. One member of our party ordered them and they are a heavy batter like you would find in a hamburger joint. If you like that kind of onion ring in a classy place then go for it. If not, be sure to move on to one of their other sides. We each got the filet, it was cooked to perfection and melted in our mouths. The wine recommendation was spot on by Frank, our server. You should ask for him when making reservations. He is a consummate professional and evokes the professionalism and outstanding customer service skills not typically displayed elsewhere.
There's live entertainment nightly in the lounge. The piano duo we saw were absolutely fantastic. So much so that we stayed for a nightcap after finishing our dinner wine in the lounge!

I ordered my 12-oz bone-in filet MR and it was Medium Well on the sides and Medium in the middle and frankly not a very good piece of meat. The meat tended to shred like a pot roast when cut. Others in my party were pleased with their steak's temperatures, however. This is a great place to take a romantic date or have a nice dinner with a group of friends. I don't think this is a good place for children however, leave them with the sitter and go out and spoil yourself! THE best steaks and sides (lobster mashed potatoes to die for). Veggies sauteed are a nice alternative to steamed, and the Triple Chocolate Layer Cake with heavy whipped cream and raspberries...OMG...our favorite dessert.
My husband ordered the Japanese Wagyu for his steak choice. Not always available on the menu, was a very special treat. This was the most tender and flavorful he has tasted, and it "melted" in your mouth.
