A combination of world-class service, live entertainment and cuisine such as the illustrious three-tiered iced Seafood Tower, bone-in filet, lobster mashed potatoes and a one-of-kind warm butter cake, is served in an elegant and energetic atmosphere. Guests enter the restaurant through an elegant portal of wood-lined lowered ceilings and meandering walls, and are presented with a myriad of dining options. The expansive interior of an 80-foot-tall sculptural Tree House encompasses Mastro’s main dining room.   • "First the good. The food was excellent. Our waiter (Juan) was amazing. He was friendly (but not annoying), knowledgeable and attentive. He was aware of our special occasion (1st Anniversary) and catered to it perfectly. The food and service were exactly what you would expect from a restaurant in Mastro's price range. Now the bad. There were at least 4 men wearing baseball hats, including two in the group immediately to our right. One guy was wearing a ratty jersey with "Junkies" on the back and old jeans with sneakers. We were overlooking someone's wedding in the room next door. If you're looking for high-class, go somewhere else. While the food/service were excellent, our experience did not match our expectations."

  • "I had the salmon crusted with bread crumbs - very good and perfectly cooked, but beware that this is a HUGE piece of fish. My mother enjoyed her filet - very tender, especially considering that she likes her steak well done. We had the creamed corn side which was extremely good. The mashed potatoes were unremarkable. The warm butter cake is a must try."

  • "Recent Saturday Night Dinner at Mastro's Vegas with my wife. As a business executive, have been "wined & dined" at Mastro's and other high-end steakhouses on a number of occasions, but almost always on someone's company expense account. From the minute you sit down, it seems the formula is "Let's see how we can get them to spend $200-$300.00/head"....... Now maybe the USA economy has shifted again and the age of conspicuous consumption has returned ...... the place was packed. But did my wife and I really want a "Seafood Tower" price unknown, but surely hundreds of dollars and mostly ice? Did we really want Wagu Beef from Japan at $100.00/serving? Even the 1%'ers resent $400-$500 for a night out ..... more soul and a little formula..."

Our server, Mike R, was a true professional - knowledgeable about the menu, didn't rush us during our meal and had a fantastic personality. Halibut was cooked perfectly and you cannot eat at this place without having the Crab Gnocchi. Don't skip dessert either! On our next visit to Las Vegas, one of our dinner meals is already spoken for: Mastro's!"

  • "I took 5 friends there for dinner, 2 had never heard of Mastro's before. Both we big meat eaters and both raved about everything they put into their mouths. The service from Robert was outstanding. I've eaten here and at other Mastro's restaurants many times before and am never disappointed. The food, drinks, service and decor are all 12 out of 10. The tab at the end is only 10 out of 10, making it very hard to go wrong. If you are looking for the best steak anywhere in North America, Mastro's is your going to be your favorite restaurant!"

We shared the oysters rockerfeller, and tasted the delicious fresh-baked bread, I had surf and turf with the Alaskan king crab and a Japanese wagyu that was absolutely delectable! My boyfriend had the sea bass which was also great. Our sides were lobster mac &cheese and sautéed spinach, and we shared the chocolate cake a la mode- this was the best meal that I have had in a long time! Total perfection! The service was awesome, very attention and intuitive. I even received a call the next afternoon from the management thanking us for choosing to dine at Mastro's. I can't wait to go back."

  • "We cancelled Bellagio's Prime for Mastro's, based on good online reviews. First, the beef filet and sautéed spinach were excellent. But grilled halibut ($48/daily special) was overcooked and dry. Service was initially attentive, but the staff disappeared toward the end of the meal. A portion of halibut was left uneaten. The waiter simply shrugged when we mentioned the dry and overcooked quality. I was surprised a manager did not stop by to discuss further. I also realize the Vegas clientele is transient so there is limited motivation to deliver an outstanding experience. The restaurant design is certainly unusual, but it is located inside a mall and the atmosphere reflects that. With so many choices in Vegas, I would try someplace else."

It is a major player in the upscale dining world, and deservedly so. Significant emphasis on the quality of the seafood items and the perfect preparation thereof. Multiple options in terms of cooking, with an array of appetizers and salads--as well as side dishes--that are as close to perfect as one is likely to find. My ongoing annoyance--and has been for years--is that the "meat men mentality" of the chain results in a completely pedestrian wine list as relates of food/wine pairing here. Limited Sauvignon Blanc choices, but we make do to enjoy the meal."

  • "I have recently become a fan of Mastro's, having first dined in Scottsdale and now moving on to other locations. The meal here was as classy as Scottsdale. My filet bone in was tender and juicy and had that extra flavour only a bone can provide. The sides of scalloped potatoes and mushrooms were excellent, although the mushrooms had a little too much garlic for my liking. I will remember to advise the server next time. Other than that the service is very professional, the food great, the atmosphere excellent. All in all a great dining experience."
