Massimo's Eclectic Fine DiningFantastic experience!!!I picked this restaurant for Mother's day lunch because my wife love's duck and I noticed it on the menu.She had her best duck ever!!! And everything else was fantastic: the calamari, the risotto, the tiramisu, the key lime pie... The reviews were right-on; this is an excellent restaurant. Top notch chef. Great menu. Good service as well. A little out-of-the-way and hidden but, well worth finding. The red snapper special was dry and tastless had to be cut with a knife and even that was hard to do. This place is an amazing find. The service was some of the best I've had in Tampa, on par with Burns if not better. The food was fresh, unique and deliciously well executed. They have been to all the better fine dinning establishments in Tampa and were not only very pleased, but very impressed with the wine list and the food. Extrodinary was their comments, they love the low noise and the food was wonderful.

The vibe was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. Food was delicious although a bit on the heavy side. Most memorable was our waiter- Bertrand- ask for him if you go- he was a delight. Also liked the fact that Chef Massimo came to our table several times to check in and chat.
