Didn't know we had such great chefs here in town. Everything from first course to last was prepared perfectly for my wife and I. This restaurant has to be one of the top handful of restaurants in the greater Tampa Bay area. The service was excellent. Our waiter was French and very helpful in making suggestions about wine pairings and in describing some of the very creative dishes. This was the fourth or fifth time my wife and I came here and we have been impressed by the quality and consistency. Without fail, the head chef always comes out and checks with the dinner guests to see how they are enjoying the meal. The ambience is quiet and romantic without being stuffy. By the time we arrived for our 8:00 dinner we were all famished and looking forward to a fabulous meal which we most certainly received. We were greeted, seated, and served by Mario. He was on top of everything, my mother who can be a bit fumble prone with her silverware dropped her usual amount and each time there he was right behind her replacing it. The drinks were always refreshed and the meal was spaced perfectly from start to finish. Every bite of food was better than the last with outstanding service start to finish. Good service as well. A little out-of-the-way and hidden but, well worth finding. This place is an amazing find. The service was some of the best I've had in Tampa, on par with Burns if not better. The food was fresh, unique and deliciously well executed. They have been to all the better fine dinning establishments in Tampa and were not only very pleased, but very impressed with the wine list and the food. Extrodinary was their comments, they love the low noise and the food was wonderful.

The vibe was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. Food was delicious although a bit on the heavy side. Most memorable was our waiter- Bertrand- ask for him if you go- he was a delight. Also liked the fact that Chef Massimo came to our table several times to check in and chat.
