A word from Masala India & Fusion Cuisine
Masala is a representation of the many wonderful wealth of meanings. It is a blend of tasty spices that are used in many flavors of Southern Asian cuisine. We use it in our Indian and Nepalese specialities at our beautiful restaurant, and it demonstrates many flavors, taste, authentic aroma, and so much more.
For us, food is a passion. Here at Masala, we cook many delicacies with the finest and freshest ingredients and we mix it all with love and devotion. Our patrons are greeted at the door by our wonderful front house members, and are welcomed into a room with a sweet and hearty welcoming. Then are escorted to a table where they can engage in friendly and outstanding service.
Our menu is balanced and filled with many choices for both a non-vegetarian and a vegetarian.

Diner Reviews
  • "Conveniently located on a main street, as well as being open late till 11pm (most Indian cuisine restaurants in the area surprisingly close at 9 or 930pm), the place surprised us by having a nice interior, which made for pleasant dining experience. The service was very attentive, they accommodated all of our requests. The food was well prepared, mild on the spicy side, exactly as requested. The Daal Makahani (dark lentils w/cream) was good, so the passed the standard fare test quite well. Kadhai (Iron wok) Mushroom was an an entree one does not usually see on a menu, but it was nice and tasty. Plenty of bread choices. A nice bar, but did not get to try it. Will visit again."

  • "We happened upon Masala about a year ago and have become regular visitors. Nothing looks/tastes like it wasn't freshly prepared. We especially like the buffet meals. Wait staff recognizes us now. "

  • "The decor has potential-could be so much cuter with some added color and wall hangings. Nice experience, tasty butter chicken and lamb vindaloo! Garlic naan was soft and served piping-mmmm...... Also tried vegetarian and keema samosa. Very good. Would definitely go back, next time to try rogan josh or lamb birhyani! Friendly service is also a plus!! "

  • "Food is tasty but not great. Business was slow, only 3 tables were occupied on a Friday night."

  • "Our family (2 adults & 2 teenagers) loves this place. The food is amazing, and the service is always wonderful. Although the serving sizes are large, we always order more than we know we can eat, and take home leftovers. Unlike typical leftovers, the spices in their dishes only seem to improve with another day in our refrigerator!"

  • "The menu selection was impressive and the food was outstanding. Unfortunately the restaurant was nearly empty."

  • "I met friends during the week -- the restaurant wasn't very busy at all, although it did have a busy take-out. The waiter was very attentive and the food was good. The menu has a ton of choices which was perfect for our group because we like to order dishes for sharing. Overall, the Naan was excellent but I thought some of the dishes had a little too much sauce and not enough 'meat'. But besides that, I would go back -- for take out."

  • "We tried Masala on a Saturday night. The menu is very long and varied, with predominantly Indian, but some Indo-Asian fusion (think hot stir fried dishes) and Nepali dishes (of which we only tried one). The Indian food was decent, standard food, not bad, on the drier side (perhaps that means: less fat). The service was young and eager, sometimes clearing the dishes too quickly. The decor is nice, trying for a more upscale look than the average Indian restaurant. I will go there again."

  • "This is one of my family's favorites. We went here tonight so my daughter could experience their wonderful food one more time before she heads off to college. Whether going after their spicy dishes, the tamer items, or the wonderful breads, the food is consistently well prepared and flavorful."

  • "Was not impressed with the food at all and drinks tasted watered down."

  • "We had a group of 6 for my wife's birthday (40th). It was a good atmosphere and the food was very good. The service was excellent. They were attentive without rushing and we extended our stay a bit after dinner with some conversation without feeling pressured. My wife and I are repeat customers and this is one of our favorite Indian stops now."
