  • "We all work in customer service and know that glitches are possible. The server ran into my friend, stepped on her toe and didn't even apologize. We were told to go the bar when we asked for a glass of water. The total bill was messed up and it took them 20 min to figure out what's going on. Our plesant dining experience was ruined at the end"

  • "The brunch is tapa style and they have a $25 unlimited food option. This was easily the best brunch my friends and I had the entire summer we were in DC. The service was amazing, the food even better. You will not be disappointed and you will not leave hungry!"

  • "Made reservations for Sunday brunch for 3 at 12:30, I was late and the restaurant was very accommodating, we were still seated upon arrival. We all went with the all bottomless brunch option and enjoyed EVERYTHING we ordered. my friends were a little worried because the menu isn't traditional brunch (waffles and omelets, and bacon...etc) but they really enjoyed it. I'm already planning our return! BEST. BRUNCH. EVER."

  • "Went for lunch / brunch on a Saturday as a party of 2. Great, vibrant atmosphere for hanging out and having drinks. Service and the food itself was mediocre at best, but that being said, would if I were with a large group looking to snack and party the unlimited brunch deal is a no-brainer."

  • "While getting an outside table can be challenging! The wait is worth it. Good food, ambience and great happy hour menu."

  • "Went for brunch and you really can't beat the bottomless brunch deal. Loved the lychee bellini, masa mimosa, fried yuca, veggie eggs benedict. pizza was good too. good service. Do have to comment on the lighting and noise level in the main dining room. If you're sitting on the side tables, there's very little light, so a candle would be helpful. Also they should do something about the acoustics, found myself screaming to my friend across the table. Otherwise, really laid back atmosphere and you can hang out after brunch at the bar, nobody bothered us"

  • "We chose at least seven different things off of the menu plus a dessert and the only thing that disappointed was the flatbread- just not my cup of tea. Everything else was delicious. First time diner. Definitely need to come back. Was surprised that it wasn't more crowded around happy hour/dinner time. It started getting more filled later in the evening (on a Wednesday)."

  • "I celebrated my birthday here with a group of 12 people and we had an awesome time. The food and service were excellent. I would definitely recommend to friends and I will be returning."

  • "Brunch is always great here! Bottomless EVERYTHING if one so desires. We just did bottomless food, which was perfect for trying out a little bit of everything. Unfortunately, because it is (always) so busy during brunch and so many things are being ordered, our waiter forgot a few of our items. It's not a huge deal since you can just always order it again, but it was toward the end of our meal and we just didn't want to wait for more items to arrive. Overall, service was fine but there were a few hiccups but the bottomless food and drinks is why everyone goes. It is popular for a reason. Brunch items are not your typical french toast and eggs Benedict, there is a great array of different and exciting choices!"

  • "Spent Fourth of July weekend visiting my daughter in Georgetown. Her friend recommended a bunch of places and boy were we happy with Masa! Great service; Gigi was friendly, gave great suggestions and made the experience wonderful. Food was hot to table, fresh with great unique offering! Would definitely recommend!"

  • "Went here on my brother's recommendation for brunch on a Saturday morning. Fantastic bottomless brunch with solid cocktails and good food. Our waitress was great for the first 30 minutes we were there, but as more tables filled it seemed like the restaurant was understaffed. Overall a very positive brunch experience."

  • "The all-you-can-eat wasn't worth the price for our group of 8, but they were very accommodating to our numerous orders and drinks we shared. The total was 1/2 of what it would've been for our group and we left quite full with little food still on the table. Great brunch spot and wonderful food. Service was really great and she took care of us well. Good spot to visit for brunch when in DC."

  • "Great place to enjoy summer weather having dinner at the rooftop area (do not need reservation for that area first come first serve) all the food we order was delicious, rapid service and The attitude of The people that serve us was The best! Definitly a place I'ld like to come back maybe next time for brunch."

  • "My mom and I have been doing weekend brunches for the last few months. We were very happy with our choice of trying out Masa14 for the first time. We read the reviews and were excited. We were very pleased with the quality of food and the nice selection of food and alcohol choices. We did the unlimited brunch with alcohol and felt it was worth the $. There were so many options for 2 people that we will definitely go back to try items we didn't have room for. I will definitely be getting the brisket buns again!"

  • "Very friendly staff--went out of their way to make us at home, and ready to go on to the theater--the small plates were good--not terrific--crunchy shrimp was tasty, and grilled brussel sprouts were excellent, if you like brussel sprouts!"

  • "Great food! Our server was a bit scattered, but she was friendly. She was a bit slow in serving us our drinks, but I'm sure it was because we were guzzling them down. The food was amazing!"

  • "This was a great time, brought my sister here for brunch and we weren't disappointed. Staff seemed stretched thin as my drinks were slow to come and sometimes incorrect. Would likely come here again for brunch."

  • "I returned for the first time in three years and was very disappointed. We ordered seven different small plates and only the chicken wings tasted good (it's hard to mess that up). The brisket was overcooked, the Brussels sprouts weren't good, the chicken curry dish was awful, I can go on. The wait staff was also a bit pushy. At least the ambiance was still good and the hostess was nice."

  • "First time trying Latin-Asian fusion. What a treat. The $25 option to try as many dishes as we wanted was perfect. Three of us tasted 14 dishes. Yum. If we'd had time (we were heading to a play at Studio Theatre) we would have opted for the $39 drink and dish combo..The restaurant is a bit loud, but we could still hear each other..Although we were late for our reserved time, due to traffic, we were seated immediately. Our waitress was very patient as we selected our dishes. All in all a perfect meal."

  • "Family brunch for Father's Day. Unfortunately couldn't sit on rooftop but got nice table by the window. The waiter was wonderful and continually recommended which dishes to choose next (we had chosen the unlimited tapas). Favorite dishes include the wild mushroom flatbread, korean short rib tops vieja, chilaquiles, cauliflower, seared salmon salad, and plaintains. Would definitely recommend this place for brunch!"

  • "I am so sorry that I can't remember her name BUT our waitress had only been there about a week -- she's from Summit, NJ -- and yet she was incredibly helpful with the menu and drink selections, and set a very cheerful and celebratory tone. That was good because we hadn't seen our friend for over a year and it was a wonderful place to catch up. Only drawback was the noise level - was hoarse by the end of the night. Food was delicious and innovative. Would definitely recommend it!"

  • "This restaurant is in a new hot location on 14th street with many activities near by. The feel of the restaurant is romantic and the Asian fusion cuisine is very good with tasty specialty drinks. The server was very nice and knowledgable, I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to start their night with a great meal before heading out to party."

  • "I had booked this restaurant to celebrate and out of town friend's birthday. The service and food was terrible. The waitress saw all the leftover uneaten food and didn't even ask if there was an issue. She was rude and unattentive. "

  • "I took my mom here for her birthday brunch, and was a little nervous at first not knowing what to expect having never been to Masa 14 before. Instantly the hostess was super accommodating, and very attentive. We got to our table and within 2 minutes our server greated us with a warm and genuine smile. From being a server myself I know that is hard to achieve when you are as busy as she was. She knew everything about the menu, suggested things I wouldn't dream of eating that were out of this world, and took the time to talk to my mom about her trip to Morocco (server was from there). I couldn't have been happier with this shot in the dark. Gay friendly, mother friendly, foodie friendly. I will for sure be coming back!!"

  • "I took a date to Masa 14 and it couldn't have worked out better. We went early to catch happy hour and stayed for dinner. I had made a special request via my reservation and the restaurant was very gracious in accommodating that request. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the food was excellent, and the ambience was just about perfect for a date. I would not hesitate to go back again."

  • "The two of us split six dishes between us, and it was just right (although we probably could have done without the sixth dish, which was the ancho rubbed beef brisket). Everything was delicious. I loved the seared salmon roll (on the spicy side) and the lo mein; he loved the adobo pork. Our server, Kofi, was fabulous - we loved everything he suggested, and he was really friendly and warm. We thought the price was pretty reasonable for the amount of food we had. We went on a Sunday evening around 7:30, and there were plenty of tables - the place is huge. We definitely recommend this place. "
