"This place had amazing sushi - the food was excellent. The service and the ambiance - not so much. The hostess was rude, my menu had gum in it, and all the menus were wet because we got there just at 6pm when they started service for the night. Not being local to San Francisco we didn't know that it would be like a nightclub at 6pm on Sunday. The music was so loud and there were a lot of people who were clearly intoxicated walking around throughout the restaurant. Our waitress was nice but messed up some of the orders and took a while to bring out our food even though we were one of the only parties in the restaurant initially.

All in all - GREAT food, but if you're looking for a relaxing Sunday night meal...this place is not for you."

"This place is really fun to go to for birthdays or special events. It is a bar scene though, expect loud music and lots of drinking. This is my personal favorite sake bombing/sushi place in the city. It is a little spendy and the waitresses seem to care more about drinking than serving but the atmosphere and location make up for those minor issues!"

"Good food, energetic scene, live dj while you eat your sushi... but way too loud! We were a group of 7 and we were screaming across the table so we could hear each other (and we're all in our 20s!). Fun place, but it needs to decide if it's a restaurant or a nightclub."

"I was really disappointed by the service. We received our starters before we even got our drinks. It took forever for the food to arrive and our waitress seemed to be partying and drinking shots with our neighbor table."
