  • "Martoranos is a must do! The food is like no other. My husband and I eat Italian food a lot. We are both picky when it comes to freshness and top grade ingredients! Martoranos is like no other! Steve is warm and friendly to his patrons without missing a beat making his delicious menu items. Don't miss it!"

  • "We arrived at 5:25 for our 5:30 reservation. The hostess told us there was a ten minute wait--- the staff was not ready. At 5:45, we were told that the owner was still in a meeting with the staff, so, please wait. At 6:00 pm , we went to the steakhouse next door and were seated immediately."

  • "If you want to hit the Jackpot in AC then you have to visit Martorano's at Harrah's. Experiencing this food and atmosphere will leave you with the same rush as hitting it big on the casino floor. The flavor of the food, the pampering of the wait staff and the energy on the dance floor is certain to hook you in for a return visit. If Steve is there himself you will think you are seeing triple because this culinary master is "hands on" all over his restaurant, working in tandem with his staff. This restaurant is great find and certain to reenergize the dining and nightlife in Atlantic City."

  • "I'm 100% Italian, and Steve's cooking is some of the best Italian food I've ever had. Probably the best restaurant Italian ever."

  • "Not My Grandmother's Kitchen!!!!Drinks (Martini) Great!!! Music Fun Fun to Dance !!! Wine Good!!Quality of the food was really not worth the price!! Had better @ lower prices!!! Veal chop was cooked to perfection ( lil fatty) but really not worth $72.00. Your 5 star restaurant 's are cheaper In price!!! Clams & linguini so ale Dante they stuck to my teeth, smelled & taste like sea water sauté w/ garlic!!! Complained to 2 ppl no response!!! Meatballs nothing to Bragg about ! Def go back just for music & drinks!!!"

  • "Everything about this experience was good except for the noise level. I went with a bachelor party. Of course we were there to have drinks and a great time, but still the main reason being dinner (9:30pm). We had to move to a booth because the strobe lights were blinding us every 5 seconds and when we finally moved, it was impossible to carry on a conversation because the music was just booming loud. That being said, the service was great and food excellent but would only recommend for an early dinner."

  • "I first dined at Martorano's in 1997, in FLorida. Brought tears to my eyes, that someone was able to reproduce my Sicilian Grandmothers Sunday pork gravy and meatballs! My Grandmother cooked with passion and so does Steve Martorano! There is something to be said about bringing family and friends together at a perfectly set table and food made with love! Many Blessings here! Carbonara Bucatini, meatballs, warm fresh mozzarella, calamari, eggplant stack, a side of long hots with anything you order are just some of my favorites!"

  • "Very loud and very pricey..will not go again..food not that great and meatballs not the best"

  • "Was very disappointed in our experience here! The appetizers were good but the entrees were all over salted and some to the point that they could not be eaten! The prices were outrageously overpriced for pasta, the ambiance cold and modern especially for an Italian restaurant. The noise level was beyond energetic, you couldn't talk without yelling. The activity was a huge negative distraction. This experience was extremely disappointing and a total waste of time and $$$$ money. We had Linguini and Clam sauce, Chicken Marsala and Rigatoni with Pork Gravy. Fresh mozzarella is good. Go anywhere else!!! It was abuse for almost 3 hours! Will not ever return! McCormack's was such a better choice, a spectacular meal in fact!"

  • "It was my 60th birthday. I picked the restaurant because we were staying at Harrahs Atlantic city. I made a reservation for 8, then found out my brother and his family were coming with 7 more. Explained to the front desk about changing reservation, and around 3:00pm got a call from Martorano's saying they could accommodate us with 2 tables next to each other. This didn't happen, and they made us wait to try to get the tables closer for 45 minutes. We wound up getting the same tables they set up before. We asked for a manager and the woman said she was Marsha Martorano, one of the owners. They should have told us they could not accommodate us and we would have gone somewhere else. Very disappointed!"

  • "The famous meatballs were not as large as expected and were good not great. The homemade Ricotta served with them was outstanding as was the sauce. $72 for a Veal Chop (that was oh so good) was a bit pricy. Most places it would be in the $50 range for the size. Long Hot's were YUMMY (and VERY HOT) As a SJ Resident, Touch Of Italy is just as good if not better"

  • "Food-The best example of Italian-American Cooking in all of Atlantic City. Service-Dedicated, professional team that does their very best to ensure a first rate dining experience. Ambience-Vibrant! The mood is set with video and music that serves as the perfect background for the genuinely passionate cooking and service."

  • "Martorano's was excellent, from the bus boy to the managers the people were outstanding. The atmosphere was freindly and family oriented, I would definitely eat there again. I will tell all my friends who frequent Atlantic City to stop by and have an old style home cooked Italian dinner with a twist. Thank you gor a wonderful experience"

  • "Steve has created the same ambiance, energy, service and amazing food from FL to AC! I have brought 2 parties there in the last 2 weeks totaling 20 people and EVERYONE commented on how it was the best restaurant experience they have ever had. A big part of the dining experience is the service, the staff is top notch, our waiters, Jeff "Noodles" and Joseph both ran a tight ship for our tables. If Steve is there, my tip is to "have him cook for you." Your taste buds will be blown away with his selection and this is coming from a man who was raised on his mother's Sicilian cooking! I would also recommend the house wine, a great value on an extensive list. Also, make sure to save room for dessert, the waffle with ice cream is my favorite!"

  • "Food was excellent ate at Martorano's in Las Vegas so I knew it was great only problem was I booked on open table for 5:00 but the restaurant doesn't open until 5:30 and I still had to wait until 5:50 to be seated"

  • "YO CUZZZ... It's hands down one of my favorite restaurants! From the moment you walk into the place you feel positive energy not to mention a friendly stuff. MUST and I repeat MUST try the meatball and salad, it's beyond good. Rigatoni with Sunday gravy brought me back to my young days at my mothers. The music great is right on point. A lot of oldies, Frank Sinatra, etc. Seeing clips of Gangster movies on the TVs is a cool touch! The icing on the cake is watching Steve Martorano work and spinning records in the full view kitchen. Really, really excellent. I could just keep going on and on about my experience, but stop reading this and just walk in with out a doubt and experience it for yourself. I promise you will love it. Thank I Steve"

  • "What an amazing dinner, I'm so glad there's now a location that's only 1hr 45mins away from me by car, I was able to take the whole family whom I've been bragging to for years about Stevie's cooking & sure enough everything I've told them about his food was rite on point, they were very impressed!!! HANDS DOWN THE BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT YOU CAN EVER DINE AT... Can't wait to get back there in a couple weeks #YOCUZ"

  • "When arriving everything was done to Welcome us unfortunately it fell short . There was a long wait and waiter never came back till dinner was ready . The meatball appetizer came after the dinner . The seafood and pasta special was to garlicky I never eat it . The waiter never came to ask hue everything was and at those prices service is the name ,"

  • "I'm in many italian restaurants in my life and this is one of the best. I've been to the one in Fort Lauderdale and this is just as nice. Great nightlife. Music was awesome. Great bar scene. All the pretty people come here."

  • "Was there twice in one week! The Meatball & Salad dish is addictive and the Eggplant Stack is amazing. It was if I was at grandmom's house on Sunday in South Philly back in the day. Service and atmosphere was impeccable. Can't wait to go back again!"

  • "A couple of my friends and I decided to come here for a girls night, and we absolutely loved it! It's definitely on the pricier side, but it was so worth it. It was pretty loud, but it fits the vibe of the place--you'll feel like you're at a big Italian family dinner. All of the food was excellent and the servers were very entertaining and attentive. Our server even brought out an iPad to show us pictures of the specials so it would be easier for us to choose, and then when our food came and we all wanted to try each other's food, the guys split everything for us at the table and served us so we wouldn't have to make a mess of everything haha! I tried the coconut water ice martini and I think I'm addicted. Don't think about it, just go."

  • "Service good. Food outrageously over priced for taste and quality. Meal selections just fair. One of our appetizers came out after our meal. Staggered delivery of apps, meals and desserts."
    Dined on 7/16/2014
  • "Our party had the Veal Martorano and the chicken parm. Both were exceptional. Fresh mozzarella is fantastic. Service very good. Only negative-music is way too loud during dinner."

  • "We always dine at the Florida locations and this was just as good. AWESOME food!! True South Philly charm"

  • "The food is the star at Martoranos no questions asked. . But the staff is pleasant, and make the experience even better. The Meatballs are a meal by themselves, but save room for dinner cause any choice is a good one."
    Dined on 7/13/2014
  • "The food is the finest example of what many of us grew up with in an Italian-American household; fresh, high quality, bountiful and simply but exquisitely prepared food (along with a fresh mozzarella) with a hearty homemade 'gravy' that made all the ingredients delightfully come together. Martorano's is the best Italian-American 'Home Cooking' restaurant in any Atlantic City casino by far. So good, I am going back for a third time in less than two weeks to continue to sample different dishes."

  • "We had a party of 5 at our table. Waitress was nice but when food was delivered she explained that one order (mine) was "missed" so rather than wait, I agreed to share my wife's meal (sunda gravey /rigatoni) which was under cooked (harder than al dente).. the manager (Manny) sampled the pasta (like they didnt believe us) and agreed.. we ate what we could and were not charged for the meal. He sent out a free desert (family style) which was rather small for a party of 5.. We usually dine alone but because of all the hipe associated with this great new restaurant, we invited 3 friens to join us.. we were embarrassed and disappointed by the outcome!"
