  • "Looking for a last minuet Birthday eatery and found Martini's Bistro. The Wait staff was amazing and made you feel like royalty from the second you walked through the door. The selection of food was endless. A fine dining experience. Thank You and Kudos to The Martini's Bistro."

  • "We very much enjoyed this place. The food was great and the Martini's were fabulous. Can't wait to it gets a little warmer so we can dine outside on the patio. We will be back soon!"

  • "Class and great atmosphere don't require a drive to Boulder or Denver - Longmont has a hidden gem! Top notch service combine with warmth and casual beauty to make for a great dining experience. Foods and drinks are all excellent but won't break the bank. Happy hour is great. We went once and were charmed into going back and taking others with us. Can't wait until summer to try it outside!"

  • "Food was excellent, service was awesome, friends who had martinis said they were also great. Drinks are a little pricey, but no complaints overall."

  • "We were well received, seated immediately, and served by a two person team that took very good care of us. Drinks and wine were excellent, the appetizers (especially the bacon wrapped scallops) were excellent, and the entries and dessert were very good. Two of the entries were way too rich (the cream sauce) for the gals in our party, and the waiter was quick to remove one of the dishes from the table and replace the entry with a very nice Caesar Salad. Excellent service and food, and we look forward to going back with the same couple we were with in the summer so we can enjoy their outside seating option."

  • "A very classy place right here in Longmont. The restaurant has a very professional staff. The food was first rate. Did I mention they have martini's? They have just about every type of martini on the the planet. Next special occasion we have, we are going back to Martini's Bistro."

  • "My husband and I enjoy coming to Martini's bistro, primarily for the quaint ambiance. The entrees are tasty and unique, and even though they are known for their martinis - duh! - they have wonderful choices for wine."

  • "Ive been here many times this last time though I wasn't nearly as pleased with my experience.. The steak I ordered was VERY FATTY and the mashed potatoes now have garlic (ICK).. Another person at our table ordered the mahi mahi and it was under cooked. We will go back again just will be a while."

  • "Six of us went to Martini's Bistro Saturday, February 1st to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. Each person said his food was delicious; we all had different wines and different desserts. Also, my notes re: table preference went through and they had us in the little room we had asked for. Our visiting son, who is from Chicago, loved it. Our visiting daughter, who is a pastry chef in Las Vegas was impressed by the desserts."

  • "Off the beaten path in a beautiful victorian home, Martini's was a great meeting place for a small corporate dinner. We drove in from Denver, and couldn't be happier with our decision to eat here. While it is a converted home, the tables were very close together. Other patrons were butting in on our conversations. Otherwise, a recommended visit."

  • "Martini Bistro has always been a real special place for us and friends. The service has always been excellent and with Sarah and her mom Anne still directly connected with what Frank and Anne had started years ago, it truly is a gem and no comparison to the regular bar type food all over Longmont. We definitely plan to come back for future special occasions. Excellent food and cozy surroundings."

  • "The two of us had a wonderful time at Martini's Bistro. What I really liked was not being rushed or pressured into ordering. Our service was good and the food was excellent. Thank you."

  • "It was bitter cold on 1/4/2014, but Martini's food and service more then made up for it with an excellent dinner for our birthday party of six people. Martini's is now our favorite place in Longmont for excellent dinners."

  • "Very attentive staff, but not overly intrusive. Meals tasty and well presented. Green salad was great."

  • "Dined here New Years Eve at the early seating and it was perfect. Our waiter was friendly, attentive & personable. The pace of the meal was great. The food was delicious; minor error re side dish as we ordered mashed sweet potatoes & got mashed potatoes but we didn't say anything. The menu was limited for the holiday but a wide variety of choices. Only negative is that there wasn't a vegetarian option re appetizers & main entrees."

  • "The atmosphere was wonderful if not just magical! The Matador was very good and not to filling. A good amount of food to still enjoy a couple Martinis (which are accompanied by your own little shaker for a refill) and dessert. I thoroughly enjoyed the Oh, Joy! We were celebrating my parents 37th anniversary and it was a perfect place to do so!!!"

  • "Great food, and super Martinis. Nice bar but the food is definately the star. This is one hidden gem right out in the open. The food is upscale, but not overly expensive or over the top. The serving size is just right and the starters add just the right amount of lead in for any of the dishes. I will be back."

  • "There has been a change at Martini Bistro, but for the most part you would never know it. The service is still pretty good, The mixed drinks, especially the Martinis and Manhattans are quite good and very generous, served in a mini shaker. The food is good to excellent but they need to update the menu and to be out of an evening special at 6:30PM on a Friday is poor food management. Over all a good experience and will be back, especially in the summer to dine on the killer patio."

  • "This restaurant is a charming Victorian, with great outdoor seating in the summer. We went for Thanksgiving and we were very disappointed at the buffet. The food wasn't flavorful, it mainly just tasted salty. The turkey was literally tiny pieces of meat, and the pies were store bought and gross. We had been to this restaurant before and the food had been very good on those occasions. They did do a nice job accommodating our group on a holiday, and we will give Matini Bistro one more chance before taking them off our list. Maybe buffets just aren't their thing."

  • "This is a real gem located in Longmont which tends to be a bastion of chain restaurants. The food was spectacular, original, large portions and delicious. The service was attentive but not overly solicitous. Make sure you make a reservation on the weekends or you won't be dining there. This is truly a place to treasure in Longmont"

  • "we will return. Our dining experience was great! We loved the location in an older house, the menu had several items we all wanted to try and the food we selected was excellent! Server was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll return to try some of the other menu items. Highly recommend this restaurant. One draw back, no one seemed to know how to handle the Open Table reward points. I handed my printed confirmation upon check-in and was told to give it to my server. Server said to wait until the end of the meal and then he didn't know what to do with it. He asked the manager and that person also didn't know how to handle it. Now I'm concerned that I did not get my 100 points."

  • "Title says all. Could see the waiter's mouth move but could not hear him over the roar of the animals at the adjoining tables. Food was OK but who cares when you are in a barn yard."

  • "We had not been to Martini's Bistro in 5-6 years and were pleasantly surprised to find it better than we last recalled. They had unique offerings on their menu and every thing we had was delicious. I had polenta with chilies, scallops with a mildly spicy cream sauce and corn/black bean salsa. My husband had a seafood linguine pasta. Everything was outstanding. We also had gazpacho as a starter and a chicken flatbread with fresh basil. Again, everything tasted great. The tables are a little close together and it's not a quiet/romantic place necessarily. So, if you're looking for that, either request a quiet table when you make a reservation, or choose another restaurant. It was not loud and obnoxious, just not super-quiet."

  • "I have been pleased with this place the last few times eating there. They provide a good selection for vegetarians and gluten-free options. Their special, bistro steak with mushroom risotto, the night I was there was so delicious. And the creme brulee topped off the meal. We will definitely be coming back to try more items on the menu."

  • "The Martini Bistro left our entire group saying "wow". The ambiance is great, service is excellent, nice martini list... but the food is simply amazing. Best meal I have had in a very long time. The Sugar Daddy just became a favorite dish of mine and I've never had better French Onion soup! Put the Martini Bistro on your must-go list. You will be glad you did."
