""Neighborhood gem", although apt, simply does not say enough about this terrific restaurant. While Martini's Bistro has all the warmth and welcome that makes a local favorite just that, it's management and staff get everything right - the atmosphere, the food, the service - and all cheerfully, and with impeccable attention to every detail.

Whether serving up the perfect martini - made exactly as ordered - or their artfully-created entrees (I think we've had them all, now), Martini's delivers the perfect dining experience in a lovely setting, and at a very reasonable price. It's our favorite, both for special occasions, or just a pleasant night out."

"Martinis is a great little neighborhood gem.
They have nice outdoor dining in the summer as well as a scenic glass enclosed inside dining area for those colder days or nights. Just try to get a seat away from the sliding door as there can be quite a breeze or draft."

"This awesome restaurant is a converted Victorian house on a quiet tree-lined street in Longmont. The atmosphere is both classy and comfy. They have a beautiful outdoor patio perfect for happy hour or dining. They are known for their martinis, and probably have a couple dozen different ones. They offer a nice selection of appetizers (Starters), along with salads and sandwiches (Lighter Fare). The entrees have something for everyone. Our party of four each ordered something different: seafood with scallops and mussels, pork tenderloin, stuffed chicken breast, and grilled salmon. All were served with yummy sides, and all were delicious! We tried 3 desserts: apple crunch cake, creme brule cheesecake, and a dark chocolate cake. We will be back!"

"For St. Patrick's Day, we got free apple martini's and fun atmosphere. The host ws very upbeat and created a fun atmosphere. I found the ambiance to be really lovely - I wish it had been warm enough to sit outdoors on the patio. However, we had a table beside a large open door that led outside, so we had the breeze and a view."

"We wanted to dine inbetween Loveland, where we live, and Lafayette, where we were attending a concert. A relative suggested Martini's Bistro. My first impression was positive due to the wonderful atmosphere of the Victorian House and ambiance created by the tasteful decor. We were seated immediately and drink orders, then dinner orders (It takes time to select from the variety of interesting choices) were taken in a timely fashion. My dinner was excellent! The only negative comment I can make is that my spouse's vegetables were cold. I assume that if he had chosen to send them back, this would have been handled effectively and apologetically. We will eat there again, I am sure. Next time we will try the martinis!"
