Marsilio’s Kitchen is the latest creation of Alan Meinster, owner of Marsilio’s Catering and Event Planning. Meinster is best known for the personal dining experience he and his team of chefs provided at Marsilio’s Restaurant in Chambersburg, NJ from 1986 to 2007.

… honors the original Marsilio’s Kitchen established in 1951. It offers an eclectic Italian menu, balancing traditional Italian selections such as its popular chicken cacciatore dish, with the latest in culinary trends. The value driven menu features homemade dishes with fresh ingredients seasoned to perfection.
The Kitchen’s ambiance transports diners to the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, and highlights a family style Farm Table for 16. They also offer Theme Nights, a Private Dining Room for 100, Corporate Drop-off Catering and Curbside Take-Away.
