Marsilio’s Kitchen is the latest creation of Alan Meinster. Meinster is best known for the personal dining experience he and his team of chefs provided at Marsilio’s Restaurant, est. in 1951, in Chambersburg, NJ from 1986 to 2007.
An eclectic Italian menu, balances traditional selections… such as the popular chicken cacciatore dish, with steaks, chops, fresh seafood, and mouth watering pasta dishes, including Sunday Gravy.
The Kitchen’s ambiance transports diners to the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, and highlights a family style Farm Table for 14. The new full service bar offers an Italian "Tapas" menu and specialty cocktails. They also offer Theme Nights, a Private Dining Room for 100, Corporate Drop-off Catering, off premises catering, and a value menu for Curbside Take-Away.
