Marmont SteakhouseFantastic Experience!From the Valet Parking Attendant straight through the dessert everything was perfect. The wait staff was extremely attentive. The portions were very generous and the food was cooked to perfection. Our group of 5 had a wide variety of entrees and each were fantastic. For the price I do not believe you can find a better value in the city. Will definitely return in the near future. Sure enough she loved it, and is planning to go back with her boyfriend. The service was excellent. We arrived late and still was seated right away. A friend was running late which was no problem for them, they got us started with apps and drinks. At no point did we feel rushed and the service was excellent. In our group we had everything from the red snapper, cuts of steak, and the pork chops. Each one of us were amazed at how excellent the meals were and the bread pudding for dessert is reason enough to visit!!!5/10/2013 12:00:00 AMThere are plenty of restaurantsThere are plenty of restaurants in this area, but Marmont is the only steak-specialty place, so we thought we'd give it a try. I am hesitant to go to steak restaurants, as I usually come away disappointed, realizing I can make a steak just as good or better than many places. However, Marmont's steaks were terrific. I had the Cowboy steak, a large 30-oz bone-in ribeye, and my spouse had the smaller, 16-oz, ribeye. Both were outstanding. The quality of the meat was good and the preparation was perfect. I also started with the Crab Bisque, which very flavorful and had plenty of crab. We were far too full for dessert. Marmont promises a great steak and they deliver. The service was excellent too. The lamb lollipops were way undercooked, but our server fixed that for us and got us drinks on the house to help resolve the problem. I thought everything was very good, I enjoyed the atmosphere and would def. recommend this place to someone else.4/20/2013 12:00:00 AMyum yum yum.Awesome place for four people to enjoy a birthday dinner.. Loved the steak. Perfectly cooked. You pay a pretty penny for it compared to Outback, but it's for obvious reasons. The sides are seriously not necessary and are a la carte. I wish I had saved my $8 broccoli for ice cream down the street at Franklin Fountain (:

He had the surf and turf and loved it all. I had the special of the day, a grilled lobster tail and shrimp on top of a bed of crabmeat risotto. The lobster and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Our server was very attentive without being overbearing; he also was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recomendations.
