"When we walked in I was a little concerned because there were no other customers, but it was early on a Thursday. There were four of us & the only course we didn't have was dessert. We loved everything which I find the exception rather than the rule in dining out. Will go again."

"Marmont is a wonderful restaurant. Their servers are very knowledgeable and friendly and their food is very good. Their decor is contemporary but very comfortable and they offer outside dining. They do specialize in steaks however their menu is varied enough for any palate. It is in the heart of Old City, Phila and attracts both locals and tourists. We always enjoy our dinners and we bring our friends."

"Traveled from Delaware to Center City looking for something different on dinner scene. Marmont fair at best. Decoration is modest, the restaurant is small and service was not real attentive. The waiter recommended a rib eye. I ordered and although it was cooked properly it was too thin a cut with little taste. Rib eye should be slam dunk for a steak house. My wife had a huge pork chop though that was very good. Overall grade B-"

"We were looking for a new steakhouse to tr that also offered seafood and when we tried the food, we were very pleased. The steaks were cooked to order and the lobster tails were delish!"

"This was the first time visiting. I know it has been there for 12 years but I was always a bit skeptical of it's small size. My husband and I seamed to go with the safe big steak houses. This night, I decided to try something new. It was fantastic! I had surf and turf. Lobster melted in my mouth and the filet was amazing. I highly recommend the appetizer, lamb lollipops. It was all wonderful. Quiet, small and delicious. A must for steak lovers!"

"A great experience. Ordered a salad to share and they graciously split the plate for us. Filet's were cooked to perfection, moist and flavorful. It was a Monday night so slow around town but that just made it a much more romantic evening for my boyfriend and I."
