The prime rib was seriously under-cooked though (read that as pretty raw), however the staff took care of that by throwing it on the grill for awhile. My companion tried two entree's, The french toast Brioche. This was the best I have had, I heartily recommend it. The Sausage and Grits were good but not spectacular. We've dined at MSK 3 times and it definitely will be our go to place when we return to AZ next winter.
I do worry however, that with a change in cuisine to more of a Southern style, that the menu will not be as enticing to us.

We were friendly greeted by the hostesses and brought to a lovely table outside. All of our cocktails were made to perfection. We had 2 of the entertainment plates, the ribs which are a favorite and the fried green tomatoes-I believe a new item and a must try! The cheese board was prepared beautifully and presented to us by our knowledgable waiter. Each of the entrees had an incredibly appealing presentation and tasted just as good. I had the walu fish which was full of flavor and quite a large portion, the crab was delicious! Each of us cleaned our plates and still insisted on ordering the infamous rum cake.
